I enjoy Lucinda, my only little nitpicking question concerning the presentation of this recipe is, was she to pressed for time to not scrape the sauce completely out of the skillet onto the pasta? See how there's still leftover sauce? Just saying. I'm a stickler for using up everything, especially in a cooking show, and so is Martha for sure!

Other than being really good at what she does, I'm delighted that Lucinda is NOTHING like Martha. She's a joy without the icky after taste.
