Great review of a great watch. I enjoyed it very much. I will make just one comment. The screws on the pushers do not add water resistance when closed. You certainly CAN wash your hands with the pushers unscrewed, and don’t worry about jumping into the pool either. UNLESS you push the pusher while submerged. Then you could flood the case. And that is precisely what the screws are for… to avoid accidental pusher activation while submerged. That’s it. No additional water resistance is achieved with the pushers screwed down, they just makes it impossible to activate. I leave mine unscrewed pretty much all the time and have for years. I wash my hands a million times a day because of my career, and never had a problem. Anyway, subscribed. Lookingbforward to more watch reviews.
Great review. In my opinion for safe queen is white, for daily wear is black. I am on the market for Daytona right now, and I think black would work best for me. Enjoy your watch. It’s beautiful.
Thats the magic of a ceramic Bezel and Sapphire crystal. Their scratch resistant properties make the watch look brand new even after extensive wear. Bracelet scratches can easily be polished out.

Silly statement. It's very masculine and is definitely a man's watch. (Women can wear 44mm Deep Seas too. So what?) The Daytona is not the size of a dinner plate on your wrist like a lot of guys wear nowadays, but it still has great wrist presence. And by far, it's the prettiest watch on the market by any watch maker.

Daytona is a 38 mm watch, but Rolex was smart enough to market it as 40 mm to make guys feel they had big wrists.

Daytona is a 38 mm watch that better fits ladies' wrists. it is not for larger wrists. Besides, when getting into the forties, readability is key.
