but mcdonalds have said on the official website that it's not halal since the tar tar sauce has alcohol in it which shocked me so much cuz i was just trying to see the calories of the burger rip
FlamingYoungho it doesnt have alcohol in the sauce, check their allergen information which shows the ingredients of it, its not classed as halal because there could be cross contamination when handling the food as employees dont wear gloves, also because the oils may get mixed at night
Can i just point out that Dina was one of the FIRST OGs arab/english modest youtuber since 2012 than every modest hijabi started after her so she is the real and queen of that community.
Looool the pig thing is sooooo true!!! At uni they were giving out free pizza. THEY SAID IT WAS HALAL! I picked the Hawaiian pizza- meat with pineapple- took a bite it tasted soo off it had a really weird taste and I looked at it and realised the meat looked suspiciously really pink and that’s when I knew it was pig on my pizza 🥴🤮 I was put off pizza for like 6 months

I used to work at McDs. They don't fry the chicken and fish in the same oil cause that would be cross contamination and can make people sick since the foods are raw. They have separate vats for each type of food that gets fried. The fish fillet isn't very people so it just sits in the warmer all day and gets dry and nasty.

Dina most Asian clothes retailers if you go to Green St/ Southall / B'ham are appalling with customer service etc, however one company I do really like is Khaadi their quality is outstanding and they trade in major shopping centres here in UK

@dinatokio regarding the oil situation in the fish fillet. The fish is fried in separately however the filtration system is all one and mcdonalds say that they cant guarantee cross contamination . The source is where i got this from is from Mcdonalds website. :)

I checked their UK website they don't have new Eid collection there. But I think they might have actual stores there. If not, if you have anyone coming from Pakistan ask them to bring you clothes from there. Decide online from pakistani websites and tell the person to bring that for you. I wish I was able to to send you. But no one lives in UK. 😔
The main reason McDonald’s keep everything separate is actually for allergies. If you have a severe fish allergy and ate a beef burger that was cooked in the same pan you could have a react so they have strict rules☺️

fish filet from mcdonalds used to be the best thing but now they toast the bun instead of steam it, bloody cut the cheese in half, put way less tartar sauce in and made the fish bit flatter

My mate works in McDonald's and he said all his workers don't like fish fillets because they just don't like the sauce, there's nothing wrong with the sauce but they just don't like the sauce lol
