Water works 🚰💦💦💦 for sure, maybe even a flood on Highway 40! What a fantastic strength ride. The hills and sprints are tough, but the format is so awesome that it felt like I was pushing to the limit and then it was done! Loved it! I like these 30 minute advanced rides! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟! 🚴♀️

First time doing this one and, as a climber, I loved it. Definitely not a “beginner “ class. Going through those tempos straight into the sprints . . . I haven’t had that many heartbreaks in 30 minutes since I was a 13 year old at a junior high dance! 😂
Working my way through some older vids I haven’t done….this was epic and climbs are my fave. But that second set tho! The encouraging words were perfectly timed at points! May have been encouraging yourself too 😂 thanks ☺️

This ride I pair with Riader plus Easy Go finisher. Those two endurance rides are really great and those long effort tempo, climbs and sprints probably Im best because I can sustain high watt for a long period instead or short intense sprints or climbs. I like alsot that kind of effort but if I want a high average watt these workout the best. It also happen today with a new average watt PB. Even increased my average watt from 1st to 2 nd ride which dont happen often. Highway 40 was a great challenge! Thank you for this ride Kirsten👍🏻

Those level 5 tempos were tough especially after the 60secs in the saddle sprint to go back to tempo was like 🥵it was well worth getting up at 6am in the morning for 👍🏾❤👊🏾

Got to do this at my college gym and I think everyone was probably getting concerned by how sweaty I was💥😂I took this entire ride seated since my school’s bikes aren’t made for standing and WOW everything hurts.

Oh that was strong I got very sweaty , well the music not was epic as the last class but was a great challenge , thank you so much Kirsten :-) oh I thought that you can do a multi levels class with different resistance for example when you increase the resistance , you can say for advance incease in 8 for intermediate 7 and begginer in 5 , so you can do a class for all the levels
Great workout! You ever add “no bounce” to the spin video? It’s where you’re up off the seat but you don’t let the upper body/head bounce.. really burns the legs
Way to go!!!! I know, I never really got into the "no bouncing" technique. Just "head down and grind" mentality haha. More like a true outdoor cycling event. Thanks for the suggestion!!!

Wow. That was the most difficult 30 min ride I have done. My speed on the 60 second sprints was lower than usual from fatigue. It was also my favorite ride of them all. I always say that but this time I really mean it. lol. Just a brilliant ride. Kirsten thank you for making these great videos. You are the absolute best spin instructor and yes the best fitness instructor on you tube.

Amazing work, Donna! I don't have a tracker on my bike yet, but you should check out the Strava club for everyone else's distance stats! I think the distance range is anywhere between 10-17 km! I would recommend only adjusting your tension to what you feel you can accomplish! Don't push the tension too high that you feel faint or anything!
