I remember the old days when I had my Inzer double ply bench shirt, it took a ton of baby powder and two guys to pull that sucker down. I started back lifting after a 10 yr. layoff because of shoulder and elbow injuries. I started out with a bell product then I just got a centurion slingshot. Good tip about the spraying stuff with water.

Dude you have been a huge part of my lifting journey since I started lifting in 2017, I am wearing my first shirt today & WOULDNT have been able to do this without your help!

But how do you take it back off without help lol.
Legend has it, Ben is still stuck in his Bolt to this day.

Thank you for the tips. I'm a rather flat arched bencher and have been struggling to find a good shirt. How does the Inzer Bolt compare to the Titan Katana low cut collar?

It's a more forgiving shirt. I think it offers more pop than stopping power, and you can mess up and recover. Need to be dialed in with a super katana

I ordered a 50 Bolt (107kg bodyweight, 47" chest), and couldn't get my forearm thru the sleeves. The chest plate was super narrow. Curious, what size Bolt do you wear in this video?

Haven't trained in them. Took a set in one once. Just don't have interest in it

But can you get out of it by yourself lol
It took 2 guys to get me into my old single ply inzer back in the day. I don’t miss that at all

Yes, that's a great option nowadays. I personally have no interest in those shirts but I do think that new division is a good thing

@@BigBenchas I just bought Scot Mendys shirt, and it’s 3 ply and makes 500lbs move like 135lbs.

Is the Inzer Bolt the top end shirt for single ply? Interested in shirted benching and what is more of a beginner shirt, then work up to a heavy duty single ply.
