Just got a convection oven that toasts, broils and bakes and convects air for christmas! What a difference from the old oven use....so much better!
Putting your picks on my list! Thank you, Bobby. All happiness and success scouting the best for all of us in 2023!
Thanks Bobby….. I appreciate all the hard work you do to keep us healthy, safe and financially aware of how not to spend our hard earned money on crappy foods❤
Thank you so much for making it easier to shop for healthier food choices!
Thanks again Bobby for a great video. On my way to Costco’s now.
Great video, Bobby... thank you and Happy New Year!🎉
Thank you bobby merry Christmas and happy new year for all your family
I put off buying the Siete almond flower tortillas because I thought they were too expensive. After trying them they are worth every penny! Amazing corn replacement. The turkey, prosciutto, and mayo wrap brought me back to something I haven't had in years. Now I just need to not eat too much of it! Thank you for the recommendations.
Bobby, I use your app so much! I love it and can’t shop without it. I buy the Siete tortillas every time I go to Costco and make sure I have a pack in my freezer at all time🥰🥰🥰
You have taught me how to pick the best items- long time follower. I was thrilled to see items I purchase on your list!
Thank you for sharing your expertise regarding healthy eating! I was so excited today when our Costco had Dietz and Watson turkey again! 😊
Happy new year Bobby. Loved this.
Bobby thank you so much!!! I can spend hours in the store reading ingredients!
Thanks Bobby! Always appreciate your videos! Happy new year to you and the family 🎉
Thank you Bobby and Happy New Year!
Please provide more of these types of videos for new year’s health goals!
Thank you Bobby. I’ve learned to buy better ingredients. Happy new year 🎆🎊🎈
I could watch this 10 times, and probably will. My husband now looks for Booby approved (or asks if it is) and my daughter (26 with 4 kids)uses the ap and class everything. You are one of the best finds in my health journey. Thank you. When I started years back, I would switch 1-2 things at a time as I figured it out. Now because of you I feel like I have my masters in all this. (Always more to learn, but oh so much better now). 😊
Thanks for the video bobby, I'm going to Costco today and figured I'd check what you were buying! Nice to see this was posted recently
I bought the 'Sprouted Oatmeal' last year and it's awesome. I make a 4qt. pot (3X largest in instructions), save a couple of days to use now and freeze the rest in pint bags. The only thing I add extra is a bit of Coconut Oil. Let it sit on the stove for an hour to get to consistency. A perfect b'fast (adding Walnuts, Cranberries) and good way to mix Turmeric and/or other nutrients on the side.(add a tsp. of Agave).
I'm transitioning to the Avocado Oil Mayo. It's hard to leave Best Foods (Hellmans) because it's the taste I'm used to. I'm working on it I know the Avocado Oil is so much better for us. I've been blending the Best Foods and the Chossens and little by little reducing the amount of Best Foods and soon hope to be totally switched over.
So agree! I’ve bought lately the Sir Kensington’s🧐 brand avocado mayo, over the Chosen foods brand. 🥑💚
Thank you 🎉 always enjoy your videos and knowledge you provide with the fun attitude ❤
Bobby, you put me on to those granola bars. I’m hooked! They’re phenomenal. I gotta try those Siete tortillas.
Thank you Bobby for all the good information!!
All of my favorite items from Costco! Don't use as much almond flour, but the rest are in my cart all the time.
Thank you, Bobby!
We appreciate you! 🙂
, Happy New Year to you and your Family. Thank you for a year of good suggestion. It is astounding what I have discovered by carefully reading the nutrition info. My Mother read them faithfully, now I understand why, comparing the ingredients is mighty essential.
Thank you Bobby for constantly reminding us to eat healthy.
Thank You!! Keep up the good work! Happy NewYear!!
Thank you Bobby happy new year to you and your family 🎉
1) The thing I don't like about that Dietz & Watson turkey breast is it's not cut-right-from-the-breast turkey; it's chopped and formed, so the texture isn't like meat. If they're going to make it this clean, why process it to death? Honestly? I prefer the Kirkland turkey because it's actual whole meat, even though it's not as clean.
2) I love those sprouted oats. I had just run out when they brought it back, after I'd been fretting about how it was gone. I have overnight oats nearly every morning and these are GREAT.
3) When making brown butter, the Kirkland Irish butter works better than even Kerrygold.
4) Why does Costco carry the Chosen Foods avocado oil spray and the mayo but not the actual avocado oil?
5) The Jones organic chicken sausages are GREAT. I just had a brunch a few weeks ago and people gobbled those up. They are real deal-tasting breakfast sausage.
Oil spray not all of the time, but always oil and mayo here in SoCal.
Raised on Hellman's, I was happily satisfied with Chosen mayo. Love the Costco price. And the butter!! Been using the Kirkland for months and really like it. Good show, Bobby!!
Continued thanks .Happy 2023🎉
Bobby puts me on to all the healthy buys at the store, thanks so much
I have the grass fed butter, and I am absolutely happy having bought it. My first time in Costco, I wanted the kerrygold box, couldn’t find it, so I took Kirkland box after looking at it. Definitely recommend!
Why can’t the 95% Grass-Fed be UNSALTED 😠
Those oats are the best. We make overnight oats with them for breakfast almost every morning
Bobby, you did not stumble! Hahaha! You couldn't help yourself and went in willingly. I got my lab results and my cholesterol was normal. I was so happy and shared your UA-cam channel with my doctor. She was very appreciative. Thank you for helping all of us.
Thanks Bobby, great video!
Love the butter mentioned in this video. Would love if Costco had the Grass-fed Butter unsalted. Thanks Bobby for these videos.
I keep hoping to see it. I almost never buy or use salted.
Thank you and god bless you and your family!
You look so healthy! I follow your guidance thank you for educating us
i can't believe you don't have THREE HUNDRED MILLION subscribers! I tell everybody how great this channel is!!!
My God I love sooooo MUCH! this guy. God bless him, his family and everything he does...🙌🙌🙌🙌
I love Costco! I bought some of these yesterday, as well as their organic maple syrup, reagood jalapeño poppers (just jalapeños, cream cheese and uncured bacon), real imported Parmesan and Gruyère, Teton Water’s ranch mini grassfed franks, organic feta & Greek yogurt, a massaman curry simmer sauce (I forget the brand, but it comes in a 2 pack, I also have had the yellow curry, super clean ingredients) and HU chocolate chip cookies. Everything is so well priced! It makes my heart so happy to be able to buy good quality products at such a good price.
I’ve been on a clean journey for quite some time Bobby, but I still learn new things from you. Thank you! Happy new year 🎊
Let me know what you thought of the Jalapeno poppers. We did a batch of those for New Years and the smoke that came out of the oven nearly ruined our New Years, and they tasted nasty to boot.
Love your reviews
Especially Costco and Aldi
I sure wish you'd show the sodium content Every Time
Those Nature Valley Granola Bars though... Contains BIOENGINEERED FOOD INGREDIENTS!! Surprised Bobby didn't expound a bit on that.
Thank you Bobby for all the information I learned so much and make my list of what is Bobby approved love the app too. Great information
Always good to get reinforcements with the good things to consume😉.
Happy New Year Bobby. Thanks for your informative videos. Can you recommend more products that are lower in sodium?
I agree. Seven Sundays has some of the best products to eat. I also joined thrive market last year. Great place to shop. Definitely worth it.
How do you get thrive market!!
It would be nice if Costco grass fed butter would come in “Unsalted.”
I do buy the majority of what he mentioned because like he said it’s a recap from previous videos. However, I do tend to purchase the organic olive oil over the one he recommended. I purchase mostly organic. I love the sprouted oats to.
Thanks for all the great tips 😊
Glad to know Dietz and Watson organic turkey is back. Was disappointed when it was not available .
Two things: 1. It’s worth mentioning to your followers that cooking with olive oil can lead to unknowingly consuming more trans fats as the monounsaturated fats convert to trans fats when heated past the smoke point. And 2. Costco now has a grass fed organic ghee on its shelves which is a good alternative to olive oil for high heat cooking
Bobby, you're the best! See you next year! 🥳
Sprouted rolled Oats - Awesome.
Turned my neighbor on to the grain fee bars and her kids love them!
Looking at the cinnamon, absolutely love this spice in almost everything I drink
Their cinnamon is the best!
ive had the granola bars they are AMAZING
Love the oats. Didnt know Costco did regional pricing as those same Oats in Minnesota were $9.99
Bobby thanks for the video. I really did pick up several of the items. They are great finds I hadn't discovered before. A few were hard to find. Would you consider showing which isle you're in when reviewing each item? Thank you!
I might grab a bag of the oats for overnight oats. And we need that Kirkland grass fed butter in unsalted.
Great suggestions, thank you 🙏
I use that sprouted oats at home!! Yay!!
So I have a suggestion for 2023. How about all of your BobbyApproved items with a green logo thumbs up and anything that is not Bobby-approved with a red logo thumbs down?
Thanks Bobby! 👍
Love the Siete brand for the tortillas, with a gluten allergy, I’ve had to change some of my eating habits! Love the Kirkland butter, wish the olive oil came in a dark glass bottle & not plastic. Thnx Bobby! 🫶🏼✌🏼
I bought a dark glass bottle with a metal spout & fill it with the Italian EVOO & keep it & the plastic bottle in a dark cupboard.
Yep... never buy nothing in plastic... EVER!!!
And thank you before focusing on what to buy vs what not to buy!
Great. Thank you so much
I wish we had a Cosco in NW Arkansas, but Sam's has the monopoly here. I miss all the good stores we had in Florida.
Costco does deliver and ship. Might be worth checking the website. 👍
6:27 YELLOWSTONE.... I LOVE IT
We need more like that .
We are going to Costco tomorrow .
Wish our shopping was the same in Canada
Thank you Bobby
Hi Bobby great video as always. I was wondering, what microphone do you use? I've started a new channel and I am impressed with how clear your audio is. I'd love to be able to get crisp audio like you have! The mic I use sounds very dull especially in large open spaces. Thanks!
It's also very easy to make your own mayo.
Great video! Thanks!
Great price on the Mayo. Twice the size for what you pay at the grocery store. I’ve actually started making my own. Takes me one minute to do.
Thanks❣️
Thanks for tips about the EVOO. My only concern is it’s in a plastic type bottle rather than glass. What are your views on that?
After more than a year and visits to several different Costco, I finally found the frozen grass-fed beef patties. I bought 4 bags to get me through Chicago's winter.
I live in Chicago as well
In what Costco did you find them ??
@@TheChosen761 I found grass-fed beef patties at the Niles Costco on Toughy Avenue. I bought them on the Thursday before Christmas just before the snow storm. The other grocery store where I have bought large packs of frozen grass-fed beef patties is called Wild Fork. There is one on Skokie Blvd and one on Main St in Evanston. Wild Fork has a good selection of grass-fed and organic products. Good too if you want to add variety to your protein choices. Large poultry and seafood selections. Decent prices but not as cheap as Costco. Great prices on frozen vegetables. Wild Fork is small, specialized and fast to get in and out. Costco is a marathon for me. Wears me out between the long drive, loading and unloading my car and dragging two wagon loads from the parking garage down the street to my condo building , ha, ha.
I hope you have good luck finding grass-fed.
Their Kirkland Organic ACV is also very good and at a good price as well. I would make that #11 on this list as well as their Kirkland unfiltered raw honey.
Really? Is their honey in glass?
I live off of the rolled oats. I use it in oatmeal, pancakes, cookies. Extremely versatile and tastes SO much better than any oatmeal in the market.
Yep and also oat milk
Love your videos Bobby. I made a few videos at Costco too recently in NJ and NY, playing the Roland piano. I'm visiting parents in FL next week. Maybe I'll bump into you at Costco? 🎹 👍
Great info. Thx.
Hello, thank you.
Thank you
We havent had the Dietz and Watson organic turkey breast for a couple of years. Wish I could still get it here
I would love an episode on Vegan foods. What are the best at Whole Foods ? I love these videos. I have switched over to a much healthier version of many things. I found Chosen and Primal Kitchens both at Target for good prices and Puirly Elizabeth grainola also.
I’m a new follower! I’m on my way to Costco to get everything you suggested thank you
What your take on factor meals? I’m working a lot lately and want a clean lunch option I would love your suggestions.
The Kirkland Organic Olive Oil is great too. It was tested by ConsumerLab to have the highest polyphenol count high and above brands like Bragg's and California Olive Ranch.
The oatmeal is great!!
What brands of finishing olive 🫒 oil do you use, that are cost effective?
Thank you 👍🏻😊
Appreciate you.
Your skin looks excellent 😊 what is your skincare routine? ❤
