Happy you guys didn't have to re route. Good fix on the go. The super 12 with some splicing and lashing can set up for a better fix, you got any thimble eyes? . Good luck!

No thimble eyes Andrew. Would have loved to have you onboard to help with this issue. You would have been the perfect crew! Should have done a crash course in Dyneema splicing with you before we left

Good luck with the rig, hope you get a repair done asap, suggest you maybe fit a turnbuckle to the dyneema to get it down tighter?
