Yay! I’m slowly listening to this in chunks, working in my planner, doing chores, ect and coming back. I’m adding more reflate reflection into my planner this year about my health, in the past I did things mostly in my journal and sometimes in my phone. I’m chronically ill and looking over 2023’s planner about when I was sick, in pain or flared is helping me to anticipate and plan how I can cope in the future. But I’ve never watched/listen to anyone else do this so I am super inspired by this video 🌟

I love how open and honest you are about your health goals, very inspiring! I think people should try to embrace their bodies more and look to strive for moving than worrying so much about the number on a scale (not an accurate measurement because muscle weights more than fat). I started my workout journey with that mindset also, I exercise for how it makes me feel not for the numbers. Since changing my mindset I can get so much more accomplished than worrying about how much or little the scale moved. So after my long rant, all I wanted to say was, thanks for sharing ♥️

I started utilizing your tracker method a little this year to see how I liked it and I did enjoy it. I was not great about keeping up because I had it in a separate notebook. Now I’m thinking hard about it (best pick up an N2 before everyone else gets similarly inspired). I loved the stickers you chose for comparing your body stats of 2023 to 2024. Your attitude is bang on for that, and it’s not that common to hear it these days. I particularly loved that the sticker you chose to represent the 2023 you was of a woman who even in her pj’s clearly knew her worth and was owning her leisure vibe
Wonderful explanation of all your trackers! Loved the video. I would love to do the trackers overall, maybe not in its own health journal. It feels very overwhelming to me to have so many books, but at the same time, it does make sense! Watched and enjoyed the whole video! You have definitely inspired me!

Someone may have already commented but that 1st page issue you talked about and taped the 2 together. I have never seen a book where it isn’t like that. Seems to be associated with the joining of the interior pages with the cover liners.
Hi, what pen did you use to write on the clear sticky notes? The ink looks so clear and dark, I haven't found a pen that writes like that on clear stickies
I know 🙈🙈 I make spelling mistakes on camera all the time. 😅 It doesn't bother me so I just leave them there. If anything I find them funny to look back on! 😂
