I wanna ask a question are nepali also allowed to hunt in dhorpatan hunting reserve.
yes but you need pay a lot of fees and you need to have a valid arms licence which is not possible in Nepal.You need a long range shooting gun aswell also not possible in Nepal.😁if you lucky and you live in foreign countries get a gun licence and have a lot of money then it's possible 😉

I think a .338 Winchester Magnum and 250 gr Nosler Partitions would be ideal here .
.338s are very sound option for high altitudes like that ,i think .340 Wby would be my choice for those kind of mountain and windy plains.
