- #Bulldozer was all over TV news this week. Live visuals of #JCB tearing down tin structures, homes and shops were played across channels. Breathless anchors told us how bulldozers were giving justice for #Jahangirpuriviolence. #AnjanaOmKashyap took it notch up and climbed the bulldozer to give us breaking news, meanwhile Navika on primetime debate gave us important information on #VivekAgnihotri’s tweet. Many TV news anchors expressed their support for instant justice by the MCD, with little attention to due process that should be followed to carry out encroachment drives. TV anchors also told us how Hindu homes were also destroyed as a consolation prize. We also look at #RepublicBharat’s latest sensation - rap reporter in #Ukraine. We have some suggestions for some more dance moves for Republic’s war reporting.

I’ve had it. I can tolerate poor governance, lack of infrastructure, limited jobs - but when I feel threatened for my own family’s safety because of a certain surname I have, then it’s the end of the rope.
I’m immigrating with my family to Europe next month. Although I’ll forever miss India, I cannot afford to risk my child’s future because of sentiment.
Edit: the comments section pretty much proves my point, where all communities, including my own, are guilty. I’m even more convinced of my decision than I was earlier.

I usually don't laugh or smile on any satire made on war and killings of innocent people but when meghnad said "bachche bhi mar gaye" I couldn't stop my laughter. That was some really dark humor.
