Foarte bune, frumoase, complicat de preparat, foarte usor de mâncat. Mi-a placut “textura” ganache-ului montée. Consider important faptul cå s-a våzut pe ce raft au fost coapte cojile de choux. Esti amuzant, m-ai facut så râd, aveam nevoie de asta. Multumesc! Esti o comoarå la casa omului! Gata, acum må duc så-mi bat bårbatul. ❤️

it is pity that second day choux becomes so soft and effect like after baking diseappers :( amazing flavour first day, second tastes like slippers with chocolate : P great job, regards from Poland!
