one question. The first part you build is made out of one piece of sheet metal right?! The hems you build at 3:40 to which connect both sides of the part... how the hell is that manufactured? I mean they cant roll/bend the metal inside that? and since its one part you cant slide it into another... I would love an explanation =)
'Slot' is the last command I use, if you click on this place will expand the list of different shapes - rectangular, slot e.t.c, but you have to click on the text eg 'rectangular' to expand the list

where did you get that Slot option in the sketch tab at 6:37 ? It doesn't show up in my sketch tab

min 3:23 when I write 0 (Bend Radius) it's become red and I couldn't clic on Acept so I write 0.0001 and it works...
You can not use the same fillet radius to the both sides of the distortion. Inner = Thickness is OK, but outer should be Thickness*2
