Today, let's talk about one of the most iconic mecha designs from the 1980s: the Macross / Robotech VF-1s Super Valkyrie. First introduced in the Macross / Robotech episode Showtime, where it was described as 10x as powerful as the basic Valkyrie, the design was used by FASA to become one of the unseen mechs, the Phoenix Hawk.
