***** I think the reason why she kept denying it was because she was frustrated at how the media blew it out of proportions. It seemed like every article and or news piece made it seem as if she almost died, at least according to her. I'm really happy she didn't drown. It could've been worse but thankfully it wasn't. But all it takes is one twist of fate to change things but clearly Anne had things under control and I'm happy she's ok.

She cares a lot about the way the media portrays her, and this isn't the first time she's brought up stuff about the media in an interview. It always saddening to see them get broken by the lies created about them, but at the same time, you'd think that after more than 15 years in Hollywood, she would've gotten used to it. No hate, just my thoughts on the situation.
