Considering Yuri's words in original RA2 about Stalin's legacy or something like that, this implies that the psy-technologies have been long used and experimented with in my country in this fictional universe. This also means that at the very least the NKVD should have had a fail-safe option, being for example able to become immune to it.

It's stealth you need to looking for a different floor in the map to destroy the Iron Curtain. The last one is on the south of the map. (Sorry for my English)
you can find the iron curtains on the open space with red-ish light, you can destroy them by doing force attack if you don't have or like stealth detector
@@SoldierOfFate i think they were on the outside of the washington dc when the mind control happened.. They manage to push throught the enemy base and rescue the soviet commander.. If they were still in the same place as commander, they will also mind controlled too

There is a possibility that there won't be Soviets and Allied campaign in Act3,but we can command their forces in the combined Foehn campaign which may have about 24 levels.

But I honestly thought the mod creators were taking a C&C 3 approach on the story, seeing a series of events on one side, then the same events for the other side and then to conclude things in the final campaign with that robot faction. But from what I been hearing that is quite wrong. What the hell?

The Allies attacked the mental omega device whilst the soviets didn't cooperate on the plan and decides to retake moscow (Both have failed) and while all of that is happening the revolt is stuck in alaska
Scene by scene explanation: 1: The Parade: the soviet pushed through Moscow and killed Yuri off for good in S24 while being unaware of the activation of MOD. All soviet forces that came to reclaim Moscow fell to mind control. The soviet general, aka player, managed to warn those comrades still on moon not to return to Moscow. 2: Chizkoi guarding Volkov's corpse, surrounded by Yuri's forces: Early in S22, the soviet found a cyborg Boris on the moon. It turned out Boris was recovered by Yuri and controlled by means similar to telekinesis. At the end of S23, Volkov's was knocked out by Soviet's own M.A.D missile barrage, Yuri managed to find, capture and control Volkov, while mocking the Soviets not familiar with his power even after the encounter with cyber Boris on the Moon. And in the end in S24, Volkov became the last defense for Yuri before Kremlin, and Chizkoi was ordered to execute him.
