They say Malver is a powerful psychic that is also amplified by the device he is wearing to turn invisible. so my guess is because of this Malver resisted the mental omega. This means Malver is the key for the revolt`s counter attack. since he`s the only one who is unaffected by the mental omega outside the paradox engine`s shield in Alaska. he will be a key agent outside the Last bastion. allowing the remnants to be updated on things that are happening outside the paradox engine`s shield. and if they are lucky. Malver an infiltrate's and sabotage several epsilon bases that amplifies the mental omega`s signal on the northern hemisphere allowing the revolt to slowly advance southward and reclaim several areas formerly occupied by epsilon.
@@danielparra9193 Yuri has explained in Soviet Campaign, they controlled cyborg's cybernetic parts via sheer force created by their mind, which worked indeed.
Meanwhile Malver is the only one who's still loyal to Rashidi to fight against Epsilon. Wonder if Epsilon's victory will be short lived once Libra is gone. As Malver once said," nothing will last forever."
Libra is too powerful and as we know she will try eliminate Proselyte and Rahn and that’s will be third act. Epsilon without their strong leader Yuri will will shake in its foundations and fall apart. Meanwhile the foehn’a last bastion will rise, moon Soviets will return and they found how to cheat Mental Omega signal of absolute slave and try to crush epsilon once and for all

I mean even without her they seem to still have control but since most of the revolt uses nanomachines and AI now i assume cyborgs will be safe from control unlike shown in this ending there are also pockets of places still free i expect lore wise alot of gruella warfare
Not to mentioned people resistant to mind control like Malver who is right now busy killing anyone who is an Epsilon puppet. Probably looking for people who aren't under their will.

Maybe the epsilon won, but the foehn revolt survived, i think they are in the other side of the world, in north polar, with the paradox engine and the special agent tanya, and yunru. All of this happened in the last mission of the foehn revolt: The remnant.
The mod is subtitled "Almost Perfect Yuri's Revenge" doing something "almost perfectly" basically means that you win but suffer losses along the way, such as the death of Yuri, losing the moon base, and Scorpion Cell's betrayal. It can also mean a somewhat precarious position in victory, such as Foehn and people who have resistance/immunity to the Mental Omega Device existing.
for me the mental omega like the supersize version of the psychic dominator, that can controll evereything on earth, yuri already build many of those dominators but all destroyed by the allied and soviets and yuri hsve come up a plan to buils this super version of it,and his followers done it
It is sad Yuri is dead. I don't get it and I don't understand lore of Mental Omega. Yuri wanted to control everyone, "there will be no will, only my will".
