Once you have your license you have proven you know how to drive a car legally and safely. Unfortunately after that people drive the way they want. As a driver you are responsible for every passenger in your car, especially if they are causing a danger or distraction, aswell as ensuring their safety by making sure they are wearing their seatbelt and driving safely. The driver is always responsible. And at that age if the driver is in a car with friends being irresponsible these tragic instances occur. Nobody else is to blame its a tragic accident and all blame falls on the driver and passengers if they were driving in a way they shouldn’t. @maxfactor4209 It still doesn't change the fact that the road should be marked correctly. Yo may not know the marking isn't sufficient if you are driving there for the first time. If you have a bend that requires to slow down, there should be an appropriate speed limit. I would like to stress that the driver did violate any rules.
💔 I hope all involved in this accident can somehow get solace and a little more peace knowing that at least their child was not alone and with their friends. They weren’t drinking, they weren’t speeding, this is a tragic accident. Yes it may have been prevented had they not had music or multiple passengers, and if they knew the roads better, but I don’t believe blame is particularly useful in dealing with loss or grief, unless there is an obvious culprit. I also hope this mother doesn’t blame the driver here. It’s so hard to drive with noise and enthusiastic friends in the back with noise. Concentration is absolute key and it takes most adult drivers years to master speaking whilst driving with even one passenger. Your eyes always have to be on the road. I hope there is no bitterness among the parents or that they blame one of the passengers or the driver. This is an awful and heartbreaking loss.

I can't comment on this particular road, but here in the UK we do have warnings about upcoming bends. On the roads, you see words like 'reduce speed' just before a bend, and there are usually road signs as well.
