Thanks for the shout out you guys I'm glad you both caught some fish
Thank you for the info again. You definitely know the river.
Can’t wait to get back out on the water this year!
Me too
Part of me wonders if you guys are from Lewiston. I hear a lot of people fro there saying “Oh, there’s no limit” and wonder why some of the areas are seeing decreasing numbers of fish. Hopefully you’re releasing big females.
@@RB-gu4bp I’m not from Lewiston. There is no limit because walleye are an invasive species in the Columbia river and they are such predators that they have a large impact on salmon. Unfortunately we have yet to catch a large female while we were there.
Thank for watching and commenting.
Great video! New to walleye fishing can you catch them in the fall?
I have not fished in the fall but I know you can catch them. You may need to adjust depth or what you are using.
I’m fishing for walleye on the Snake River and its extremely hard to catch them right now because the water is so cold and they aren’t wanting to move much
@@deebo2808 where do you fish for walleye on the snake river? There are not supposed to be any in the snake river here in Idaho but I heard there may be some now.
@@deebo2808 they will bite in the cold water go deeper about 40-60 feet of water
@@tannershumate2349thanks for the info.
Were you trolling ?
Yes. We were trolling with the flow of the river at about 1.2 to 1.5 mph. Using our electric bow mount moto.
