    Step one be mobile. If you can’t rotate or move smoothly when that movement happens in sport at full speed your going to get hurt. Second No Weak Links your calves might be strong but is the opposite muscle strong too are your feat muscles weak and underused because of shoes. Are your hamstrings and glute max strong but your internal and external hip rotators weak are your abductors weak? This is probably the biggest reason for injury and re injury
    Step 3 prepare your ankles shouldn’t be weak if your jumping or moving fast in your sport neither should any other part of your body when you find that weakness just take the time to fix it like curry and his ankles

    what do you do when you already have compensations and need to adjust, is playing the game going to reinforce the bad compensations or naturally fix them

    Prolly right but his injuries come out of culmination of stress on his body.

      You mean the same kobe that played 89% of his total career games and had multiple 82 game seasons?
