You say "Metro Manila gets 80% of the national budget" line like it's the whole reason for the disparity, but it's really not that simple. Metro Manila is developed because the industries thrive there. It’s the economic center of the country-businesses, multinational companies, and basically all the major industries are concentrated there. That’s just basic economics. Wherever there's more economic activity, development naturally follows. Some provinces aren’t as developed because they rely more on agriculture or smaller-scale industries that don’t generate the same kind of revenue. It's not about the government pumping all the money into Manila, it's about the fact that businesses, jobs, and opportunities are in the city. The government doesn’t even need to funnel extra budget into Metro Manila; private investments alone are driving a lot of the growth. It’s not some conspiracy or unfair distribution of the national budget-it’s just the way the economy works. See developed Provinces for example: Cebu, Davao, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal. These Provinces have good infrastructure and economic activity. Also can you name your source for that?
Metro Manila is so big and these areas are the Business District, it’s refreshing to see the beautiful side of the metro not just the poverty and traffic. I hope our officials get their acts together and just work to make the country better.
Truly amazing to see, but out of all the times I've been to the Philippines and as a Filipino, nothing feels more like home than the provinces. So much beauty and peace.

Good thing that the Main Electric provider and the Government have passed new regulations to put all the cables underground to the whole Metro Manila, and they want it to adapt for the rest of the Country. It's good news that it will take maybe a decade to fully implement.

Furthermore, only 35% of teachers in Quezon City have the luxury of having their own homes, with the remainder left to rent, squat or live in places far in distance from their work.
Habitat’s Bistekville 1 site is intended to provide homes for those teachers and their families, and families living along or in danger areas of the city, private or government land, and doubled- up homes with other families.
Bistekville 1 home partners pay a monthly amortiziation of P2,500, over a 25-30 year mortgage term through PAG-IBIG and Social Housing and Finance Corporation.
@@pongpong123able4 The informal settlers are moved to government housing. You could read up on Bistekville 1 and 2
I like Alabang Muntinlupa, spacious , beautiful palm tress, lots of trees and greeneries
Portions of Cebu, Davao, Iloilo were developed, even Northern Luzon
@@marlindagomez5766You're from Manila eh you dont know how Visayas and Mindanao are doing in Cebu they literally just finished a project connecting the SRP Highway to another Island and its a very beautifil bridge and the Area around Ayala is also beautiful and theyre currently developing it.... I dont know about Mindanao.
Love it keep it coming sir, more drive tour👍❤️
Truly amazing to see, but out of all the times I've been to the Philippines and as a Filipino, nothing feels more like home than the provinces. So much beauty and peace.
… and Widespread Poverty, Conservative Culture, Gossip mongers, Lack of Technology. 🤮🤮🤮
Mumbai

The cities in the Philippines are very good, beating Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia, very modern cities.
Empty because only foreigner can afforf it
@@asia.network5475 not really. they are business districts.
@@asia.network5475are you from Philippines?
Well Singapore is hard to beat. Filipino here.
So much improvements....... I went to Manila in 2011...... Mabuhay Filipina...... Greetings from Indonesia
This city is looking like San Francisco, Los Angeles, Manhattan, Shenzhen, Melbourne, Moscow, torrento, Boston etc.
😂😂😂😂😂😂moscow😂😂😂😂 moscow look like pyogjang
Warsaw,Moscow,Toronto,Vancouver,San Francisco,Shanghai
Wow beautifull city
It really is!
Absolutely unbelievable!
The difference with Jakarta is that there are almost no electric cables on the side of the road. Manila is cool...
Those are in business districts where they buried the cables under the ground. In other areas of manila, electric wires are still a problem
It's still a problem in some parts
Good thing that the Main Electric provider and the Government have passed new regulations to put all the cables underground to the whole Metro Manila, and they want it to adapt for the rest of the Country. It's good news that it will take maybe a decade to fully implement.
keep uploading … nice view ❤️❤️❤️
Very nice
Only drawback is the heat. That’s why malls are a big place to just chill.
it looks like American city (LA and Miami) also Sao Paulo. The palm trees, the narrow gap between skyscrapers, the driving side, the traffic board etc
Those cities you mentioned are not even close to the level of MM in many aspects. Hahaha!
Kota indah salam dari indonesia
Quite a long drive my friend.
It’s like Dubai with more trees
Metro Manila Beautiful
