Very nice! The rest of Manila can learn from San Juan - not a lot of billboards. Which brings to mind an interesting idea- why not tax advertisers for putting up billboards? Money to fund street cleaning, flood control, air quality, etc…at the same time, discourage eyesore billboards that only serve as distraction to driving.

based on my observation, SAN JUAN is next to Marikina City as the cleanest city in Metro Manila.

Why India cities are so ugly and filthy? They should learn how to use city space.
