Dude, love your videos. Straight to the point and you try to stay as true to the recordings as possible. On this one you’re missing one element. During the guitar riffs right before the verses, Dominick plays eighth notes on the ride while playing that open/close hi-hat groove on the &’s with his off hand. The groove is essentially the same but the ride really fills up the sound. You can see it in the Wembly stadium show vids on UA-cam.
Am i the only one struggling with the fill at 2:41??? I am trying for days but it doesnt come out!!! I dont understand on which note i should put the accent ! Someone send help!
The tom one at like 2:28? There’s a pattern that repeats - “hands kick kick hands hands kick”. Practice that over and over to get comfortable. Then play it twice and end with “hands kick hands”.

the second part is wrong. I believe Dom Howard is playing the off-beat with his left hand while keeping a steady eighth note on the ride cymbal.
Hes a lefty, so the reverse of what you said.
