So is it 350K for both homes?
That’s only the 8 bed house on the left 300k estimated build price, they are native Kenyans , you as a foreigner might pay upwards of 50k more, I wanted to give a realistic # of 350k

@@ronintravelers yes or more like $300 I added 50 for foreigner tax because this was built by locals
@@VLogTrippin That's impressive price, the quality of workmanship, the included build out tile, plaster features, Chandlers, associated bathrooms amenities outstanding deal versus a American build out here. That's coming from a Architectural major. Only thing is the land size associated to the building a quarter to half acre of land, would put it over the top 💯✊🏽
And here houses are built of stone, concrete and steel. We also don't normally use AC because the weather is fair.
