This guy should have had just one level and spared that money to actually get a better architect and a good interior designer. This is a clear example of a perfect storm of ushamba colliding with a lot of money.
Great house. as always great video. House has a lovely layout and flow. However, this is the first time I am seeing Kitusuru wooden flooring and Roysambu windows and grills in the same house.
The downstairs has a formal dining room and a regular dining room for the family. And on the other side off the kitchen is the mud room. It is a place to remove shoes and coats before entering the home from the garage.
This is just a magnified version of a 2 bedroom apartment along Thika road. If I was in one of the rooms I wouldn't know I am in a multi million house.
Lovely is an understatement that house is fit for a king, absolutely gorgeous, I love the lovely garden, whoever did gardening is an expert, top notch construction 😅❤❤❤
3years from now i will be having one like this for my mum❤❤ , continue reviewing amazing home also include interiors designs and equipments if possible
That is an extension of the dining since people who live in such large opulent houses may entertain as much as 50 people or more, so you can easily arrange at least 3 twelve seater dinning sets in those 2 dinning areas. Or use one for formal dining and the other for informal dinning.
Beautiful house but the wooden floor is a bit off. maybe a darker shade if they wanted wood would have looked better but the finishing of the house does not match that type of wood floor design
The "mini" dinning space i would use it as a kids dinning table space. Those mini dinning tables for kids would make sense there. For my kids to be kids and be messy when eating when i have guests over. Or if i dont have small kids i would customise it into a breakfast bar

Thank you very much. Enes is the standard when it comes to show casing houses and we learn a lot from him. Hopefully, Kenyan developers will keep improving on their work.
The house looks good, I like the creative use of space, it looks and feels spacious, including the rooms inside as well. That gardening is magnificent, from the front yard to the backyard, and the motorcade is stunning. However, the tiling done inside the house looks ordinary, it's not excellent. Also the window grills are cheap and ordinary, the doors are not excellent.
A bit underwhelming for that price tag. Its just a huge property with common and cheap features and finishes. Also, should have gone slow with the metal work.
Great job walking us through the house. However this house is no where close to the million dollar price point.. The kitchen came close, but the narrow staircase, cheap railings, squeezed master bath, narrow office space, family room, basically the house looks big but not optimized . Very little creativity for that price tag.
This is embarrassing. Million dollar house na wameweka so many cheap elements.
