Exactly bro. No hse for sale in Ghana that I have seen comes any close to this yet the price is over the roof. Nairobi is wey ahead than Accra. Seeing this is a conclusion that houses in Ghana are way overpriced

I think have learnt a great lesson here, always do a serious window shopping before you finally settle for something cause have seen many houses below the standard but with a double price of this
It’s not about doing a window shopping, real estate investing and buying is a business and you need to find the right person or company to always lead you in the right direction
I'm a real real estate enthusiast and trust me if I say I've seen nothing as elegant as this. I just think there's a mistake in the pricing cus there's no chance in hell that this beauty costs 380k. I've seen a plethora of mediocre houses cost double the price of this. The spaciousness and esthetics are damn unreal.
