Lord of the Rings Online : S02 E22 : Night Terrors In Budgeford

Darkness falls over the sleepy village of Budgeford on the Bridgefields. Two legged and four legged horrors creep around the hog sties worrying the piggies and terrifying the humble hobbit-folk. The rustle of a black cloaked figure uttering veiled threats into the night is a cause for much consternation. Luckily, (probationary) Shirriff Bimblin Bloodaxe just rode in. "Evenin' all. What's all this then?"
EDIT: you cannot do the Brigand slayer deeds by killing Dourhands near Needlehole. I had forgotten that the other area where I had killed brigands was actually at Old Odo's Leaf Farm. Kill brigands there if Narrowcleeve is too busy.
