Yes I used your link to buy mine about 6 months ago! They have made me hate my period so much less! 🤣 No worrying about tampons getting stuck or rashes from pads. Love them.

Have you tried a menstrual cup? Economically and environmentally and comfort-wise, I think they're the best. They can last up to 10 years. 1 cup for 10 years, that's the best you can do for the environment!

I had seen someone comment that thinx was using a toxic ingredient in their fabric, what are your thoughts on that? I haven’t kept looking into it but it did stop me from buying them a few months ago

I have a question. Soo I take days off work in my days 1and 2 of my period, I cry and scream my self out and I sleep all day and night, because I bleeds soo much those two days, my period last 5 days, I use 7 pads trough the day at least for those two days. I do get a lot of blood clots/mucus as well. At night time I wake up to change at least 4 times. What would you recommend since you have a 5 year experience, I mean I know we are all different and we don’t bleed the same. But I’ll really appreciate your response. I’m
Just so sick and tired of pads and tampons 😢😭🥺

also if i don't have time to wash my thinx immediately after i rinse them out, i just keep a steel compost bin filled partially with water in my bathroom and pop them in there until i wash them at the end of the day

i've been using thinx for a hot minute (2015) and the first few pairs are finally worn out. i definitely bleed super heavy (and up to 10 days) so the newer extra absorbency thinx are clutch (i have to change them sometimes 3 times a day on my heavier days if i don't supplement with tampons though) yay fibroids 🤣 but i no longer bleed through onto the sheets overnight

Love thinx. Wish they had always been around. They make them for young teens now!
A book a I can recommend for hormone imbalances Woman Heal Thyself. Really helped me.

I want to invest but heard they were in a lawsuit for using toxic absorbing chemicals in their products. As a long time user, do you have any thoughts or can you make a video about this? They seem to be the best brand on the market, but now im not sure about investing in the products.

Do you have flaxseeds in your seed mixture? It looks like there might be some grounded flaxseeds in there, but it's hard to tell, it could be basically any other seeds. Anyway, I recommend to not eat much flaxseeds, and no grounded flaxseeds at all, since they contain cyanogenic glycoside (something that turns into cyanide in the body), and it's very easy to get too much of cyanogenic glycoside from flaxseeds in particular. Other things (mostly seeds) also contain it, but they're either things most people already know to only eat very very little of, like bitter almonds, or things we don't usually eat, like cherry stones.
