    This was an EPIC moment that had been set up all the way back in Age of Ultron and it paid off! My favorite moment after this one is actually what happens immediately after this: Sam's voice comes over the comms "Hey Cap, on your left."(nice callback to their first meeting in Winter Soldier), a bunch of portals open and literally EVERYONE pulls up. Just to remind (or inform) everyone: Captain America's shield is made from "Proto-Adamantium" (a mix of steel, Vibranium, and something else that was made accidentally and never truly replicated). It is stronger than the various forms of Adamantium that were made later. Strength-wise, it is weaker than Vibranium, but hits harder. Adamantium can also be heated and made malleable again (the sole exception being Captain America's shield), but Vibranium cannot. Also, Thanos' sword is likely made from Uru. And Vibranium/Adamantium are only the strongest metals *on Earth* (again, noting that Vibranium is *not from* Earth).

    Heres something to rhink about. In Thor rognarok after the hammer was destroyed by Helena and Thor reunited with Oden, Thor told Oden that Helena was to strong and couldnt beat her without the hammer. Oden told Thor rhat his power didnt come from the hammer, but from Thor himself and that rhe hammer was just a tool for Thor to focus his powers.
    So, in this scene with Capt. America weilding the hammer does that mean that Steve Rogers also had rhe power of Thor even without the hammer. Could Capt. America actually summon lightning before pick up the hammer?

      No, I didn't forget, but as I stated, I ragnarok when Thor said he couldn't beat Helena without the hammer Oden told him that it wasn't the hammer that gave him his power, Thor has the power in himself and the hammer is jist a tool to focus the power. If what you're saying is true than stormbreaker shouldn't have been able to summon the lightning. Also in ragnarok when Thor summoned the lightning he did it without any weapon.
      When Oden put the spell on the hammer, it was to ensure only those worthy would be able to wild it. The hammer itself is powerful yes, but it's a tool and nothing else. Thor did the same thing in Love and Thunder when he asked it to always protect Jane. And if you actually listen to what Odens spell said. Oden said "the power of Thor", not the power of Mjilnor. The hammer is just a conduit of Thors power.

    I think it was more epic that Thanos' weapon teleported to his hand after getting hit by mjolnir. lol

    I think there's something that's constantly overlooked in this scene. Yes, the hammer went to cap....BUT....in that moment of absolute necessity, Steve Roger's, having already been unsuccessful in wielding mjolnir, knew that if he reached out, the hammer would come.

      if you're referring to the scene in age of ultron, i think the consensus is that steve saw the hammer move when he tried to lift it and "gave up" to save face for thor. that's why the hammer, you know, moved.

    Such a great scene. Unfortunately the reactors in this clip are bothering me. Perhaps, it's just me, but I feel like reactions are becoming more and more inauthentic and just played-up for the camera. Again, maybe it's just me, but the reactions are starting to seem more fake from youtubers as time goes on.

    I'm sorry but Natalie gold is a good youtuber to watch if you basically like the entire movie on mute and her talking every single second

      It matters what she says, and she is often spot on on predictions and cues. And the other way around is boring - a reacting youtuber who doesn’t react?

    When you watch a lot of these reactions, it shows you that most people are just so stupid and things go right over their head. I'm sure 90% of the people that are reacting to this don't even remember him trying to pick it up and it moving a little. It didn't occur to them that he was just faking and actually could do it. That's how good of a person he is that he didn't want upstage or embarrass Thor when he was letting people try to pick it up.

    Why is it that so many of these youtube movie reactioners claim to have been watching these movies (especially some of the more famous/classic movies)"for the first time"...
    ...don't any of them ever go to the cinema or even just watch a movie just to enjoy it, without constantly talking and (over) reacting to them???
    Maybe, just maybe, they are actually acting and not re-acting!!! 🙈🙉🙊
    BTW - Natalie Gold is my fav reactor 😉

    the only thing that doesn't make sense about this specific seen is how in the world did Thanos cut through a vibranium sheild using the weapon he was using unless that blade is made of vibranium adamantium or carbonadium which is the strongest metal in marvel so how did he slice through Captain America's vibranium shield?

    • @ZaberFangAT
      @ZaberFangAT 2 місяці тому +1

      Vibranium is just the strongest metal *on Earth*. Thanos' weapons aren't from Earth.

    • @TrollCapAmerica
      @TrollCapAmerica Місяць тому

      This is a movie version so theres no Anadamantium/carbondanium. Vibranium is weaker than Anadmantium but has energy absoption qualitys it doesnt. Uru metal from Thors neck of the woods was also stronger. Comics Caps shield is Vibranium and some other stuff created by sheer accident that made it slightly stronger than Andamantium and after the last time it got broke got strengthed more with Uru metal as well
