Could you please recommend products for extremely/very damaged hair?
When I first tried the shampoo/conditioner and oil I was not really impressed with it and kinda mad that I spent over $100 on something that sucks. The shampoo felt super cleansing and the conditioner was so light and not heavy enough for my liking. But after using it more I LOVE it! My hair is so soft and silky after using it. I use the oil and the super shine cream from them as well after I wash my hair. My hair feels so light yet super conditioned, shiny and smooth. Maybe if you use it more you’ll like it more too! I love your videos!
i just tried the alchemy shampoo but bought the travel size because i was too hesitant to buy the full size at that price lol. and i like the results i got from it but at the same time i was thinking "i've gotten the same results from products at half the cost" so i wasn't sure if it's worth it. but it's good to know results get better with continued use! maybe i'll just go ahead and splurge on the full size
@@lavenderandgold8588 the alchemy line is more for finer fragile hair so if that’s your hair type I’d try it out but if you’ve got thicker hair you might want to try the gold lust line. Also I don’t think salon hair care is necessary if you don’t have damaged or color treated hair. If my hair is in a rough patch I do like to use Oribe or other “specialty” shampoos and conditioners. but if my hair is in a healthy state the expensive shampoos meant for damage and repair add too much protein and make my hair pretty dry and unmanageable. I have enjoyed using some drugstore shampoos and conditioners lately and supplement the nice ones I have every once in a while. I’ve noticed a lot of people are going back to drugstore products because they are so disappointed with high end hair care. I don’t blame them one bit lol at the end of the day is just shampoo and conditioner and if it cleans your scalp and conditions your hair I don’t see the problem. But you’ll see the best results when you use products meant for your hair needs and type at the moment and your hair needs can change often I know mine does.
Is the scent too strong for sensitive noses?
@@gnssprlt. yes probably. It’s a more masculine clean sharp smell and it might bother you but if you get it from Sephora you can always return it if it doesn’t work out

Thank you for buying such expensive haircare and reviewing it!😊 I tried Oribe gold lust range and didn't really love it... I have highlighted hair but it's really healthy and didn't notice much of a difference. Also the grassy/lemon smell I don't like. I think that some of the Kerastase and R+Co bleu products do much better job and smell much better! ❤️

@@MikeDeCanter by the way Mike which one is heavier between surreal styling serum and super style cream from R&co blue because the serum is slightly expensive than the cream although it should be other way around, I need one for very thick, curly hair as a blow dry cream /serum
I am using the signature line on my Buzzcut just because i love the luxury feel so much. But one bottle lasts for months. I really need a tiny amount. For me there is nothing better! I will try their hair and body oil soon too.
For me, it was... fine. I get better effects from the function of beauty shampoo and conditioner I get. I have long, virgin, dark, fine, thick, medium/low porosity, 2a/2b hair. I preferred the hair oil I got from kiehls.
It wasn't bad by any means, but it just felt middling - like something I'd get from an average hairdresser.
Omg ha ha! I've been using that oil for 3 months via the plastic tube! I thought it was weird but just wiped it on my hand. 😂 so thanks I now know there's a pump under the lid !! 😆

I need advice, started using olaplex to get my hair in tip top shape for wedding in 3 months and it destroyed my hair 😫 it’s falling out and snapping and it’s in bits and I’m at the end of my rope with it. OMG I opened the gold lust oil the same way! It took me 3 uses to figure it out lol
I hard to face the same thing when i opned it and i actually found that the oil bottle is not full 100%, try to flip it ups and down and you will nottice.
The set is great tho, i saw the resaults right away. It made my hair light weight and shiny and i agree the oul is stunning.

Sounds like the formula for shampoo and conditioner has too much protein in it? If I were you, I’d move away from “strengthening/restorative” products
As a hairdresser you should at least know how to pronounce oribe properly
