AXIS EV Repair | Warranty??

A Axis EV sold by Lowes showed up to our shop for running issues. This Customer has been through so much with the manufacture trying to get it repaired under the factory warranty with no luck..
We've reached out to them through phone calls, emails etc... Still nothing.
We go ahead and repair this one in this video while still waiting for an OK from the company.
As of now we're not sure if they are going to stand by the warranty or not?
The good news is it looks like they can be repaired with Club Car parts.

With any electro-mechanical product, service will be eventually required. Electronic components breakdown, mechanics will require adjustments and replacement. You guys are technical artists! Great contribution to the LSV movement.
