How to adjust the valves

When I look for voltage on all F/R posts. I don’t get it. Only on bottom. Do I need to have in forward? Gas pedal pushed? Or all should have pack voltage also? Also I have the resistor on the big posts of the solenoid. Won’t that show voltage on B- and B+ even when you hit the gas?

Are there any other differences in the lifts? I have an old style cart and found a cheap new style lift?

When I do the high amp circuitry test I'm getting 23.7 then I press the pedal I get battery pack voltage. So is the controller bad?

Hi Jason. I have stripped the harness back to the wall of the body and have found no diode. Do I need to remove the body trim some how? I am new to club car so can you give me more details on the location of the diode? Mine is a 2014 Precedent gas

I have a 1990 ezgo marathon 36v electric solid state. Where does the blue key switch input (KSI) wire go on a Navitas 600 amp controller I recently installed a new plum quick cobra and the Navitas 600 amp controller and 1 AWG cables, heavy duty modz solenoid, and the green light is always on at the Navitas TSX controller and I have no light on the (OTF) programmer.

Did you change the other spring in secondary clutch?

Great video! My engine jumped time (old timing belt). No clearance to remove the clutch to get to the timing cover. So, seems the motor needs to come out😢 ??? You got a video showing that?

Shockingly enough, that's the exact same way you remove 99.9999% of all steering wheels that have or will be created and properly used. So ya😮

What way does the diode flow if by chance you remember

Some rxv's have red plugs under the controller cover labled 1-2 and 3-4. Unplug them, and plug 3 into 1. Only works if your batteries arent completely dead.

I'm trying to clean a whole bunch of dried grass that worked it's way in to the end of the clutch. Unfortunately, the drive clutch is stuck in the closed position which is leaving the driven clutch open. It's putting so much tension on the belt that the only way I'm going to be able to get it off is to take everything a part.

I have 2008 Club Cart 48 V. Cart will move but changer won't come on. All the batteries water level were low and changed them separately. Seems I will need to do as you suggested to level the voltage out. Thanks for your help!

How does Navitas compare to Teekon?

Have a 2009 ezgo rxv 48 volt with 4 12 volt batteries 6 months old. Got a HTRG P3648 charger with it and already had the same charger that is 7 weeks old. Chargers will not stop charging. after 18 hours, amps at .7. One hour later amps at 2.1? 56 volts. Finally I took charger off. Drove it 6 miles today and performed like a race car. Both chargers perform the same?

When you change to new style hubs, what size axle nuts do you need to switch to also?

Thanks for this. I just had this issue and had to replace the motor brake. After what I thought was a good install of a new motor brake, I'm still getting the failed startup test and it lurches forward. Do you have to clear the fault history on the controller as well?
