I started a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) program this year. I’ve already noticed so much personal, social, and academic growth from that and I can’t wait to see where it continues to take me. ❤️ So proud of and happy for you, Rachel!
i changed a lot about myself this last year and i realised how strong i am i was cappable to heal my anxiety and panic attacks on my own when it started i was so down lost sad and super scared and specially lonely but i started fighting and now i'm perfectly myself again i feel healthy stronger more beautiful then ever love u rachel u have been a very good source of motivation and positivity that really helped me thank u for being the sweetheart u are and i'm so proud of how confident you are becoming the keep pushing forward and specially be kind to yourself just were the magic words for me💕❤️💕❤️❤️

When i feel like my premed courses are a bit intense and i feel like giving up i come to your channel and it reminds me that everything is going to be okay! And i am only human and it is okay to cry when things get a bit intense so thank you for keeping it real!

Hey Rachel!! Congratulations on all of your success! You worked SO hard to get there! Do you get stage fright when presenting or talking in front of people you don’t really know? You remind me so much of me before and during your presentation lol I have to brief higher ups as my job as a meteorologist and I get SO nervous. Thankfully it doesn’t show as much as I feel it 😂
