Great recipes! Love the avocado bread..a healthy favorite of many. And the potato bread is so good you can eat it year round with constant pleasure. The basic bread with sesame seeds is a basic staple. 🖐 Wisconsin 😊

All three are again delicious. The third delicacy is similar to the potato pancakes my maternal grandmother used to indulge me with. It was simpler, just salted boiled potatoes kneaded with flour and fried in duck fat. It was a common dish in old Hungarian peasant kitchens. At one time I used to bake it often.
