Thank you! I made this the other day. It is so delicious that I had to make a double batch this morning. I used it on red cabbage. I’ve been putting it on everything. Thanks again. :)

Years ago a friend brought over some chicken and veggie wraps with an amazing sauce. I've never been able to recreate it. Well, I just made this sauce (doubled or maybe tripled the garlic and used low sodium soy sauce, otherwise followed the recipe exactly) and THIS IS IT! Only it's healthy! Thank you, thank you, thank you for sharing! I'm going to pour this over rice noodles, onion, cabbage, mushrooms, and bell peppers tonight. :)

Hello the food you prepare here looks amazing , but as a diabetic I notice a lot of the recipes seem to be high in carbs (potatoes / noodles etc). Are there specific low carb plans / cookbooks etc. that are low carb oriented. The vege meatloaf looks delicious and low carb. Thanks

Hi Jill. Great video and great dressing! I wonder why mine came out dark colored and watery even though I followed your recipe to the letter. I used a strong blender (Ninja) but it still is dark and nothing like the light color perfection that you achieved and yours is so creamy too ! Just out of curiosity also.... are the sesame seeds supposed to break up or dissolve when blending ? Maybe I need to get a Nutribullet ? LOL .....

Delicious dressings! I would probably double/triple the recipe to have enough for a few meals. In the sesame/ginger one, how much tahini could I sub for seeds?
How about a dressing using tofu as a main ingredient? I want to find ways to use tofu; not crazy about its texture when included in soups or stir fries, so dressing would be be a great alternative. Thanks for your excellent demonstrations.

Commercial salad dressings are probably one of the most unhealthy foods in a restaurant. For years I ordered salads (without the meat or cheese) thinking it was healthiest item on the menu until I realized the types of oil and other ingredients used in restaurant salad dressings. Unless it’s very high end expensive restaurant, the restaurants are buying it by the bucket load from a factory.
