In France here it's even worse, you have to be part of a shooting range, own a permit, have two safes, one for the bullets, one for the gun. An artisanal like this would directly be confiscated

I'm looking at the barrel on this thing and I'm guessing it's stainless steel but the way that blade cut through like it was butter I've gotta ask what brand blade is that? Second view and I see it's very thin walled metal but still if it's stainless that blade is damn impressive.

You could put a peice of conduit pipe on the end and a shotgun slog and then use this mechanism it break the primer and you would have a accual shotgun
