Just be yourself you don’t have to keep apologizing for things that’s just the way you give your own house views you know everybody do a differently and you you do it in a relax mode that’s cool. I appreciate that. It’s not like it’s natural so may God continue to bless
Your commentary is one of the reasons we selected you for our realtor, your insights and thoughts are very valuable. Second that " bread box" may be a small appliance garage
Damn. I love the front door, the flooring and the railing going up the stairs. Totally loving that bluish green color as you're walking in. Loving the design of the gorgeous kitchen. Yes. If you have a luxurious house, a gas stove is needed and expected.
Good afternoon, sir! I like this house. That extra fridge comes in handy if they have a big family. I like your commentary. It makes the videos seem more genuine and down to earth. I've watched other realtors, and they weren't as warm. You bring a different vibe, and that's why we enjoy your videos. You're the only realtor I'm subscribed to. Thank you for the hard work you do & for sharing.
I don’t think so. Only because you’d have to lift the door up in order to open and close the microwave door. Besides, it seems kinda small unless it’s a small microwave.
Thank you Sir for the commentary as I don't mind the talking 🤷♀️. As for the home , home is nice however not my forever home . I like home with different external structure . Home that has higher structure and also year of 2000 or higher. Not doubt beautiful remodel home. In my future home will add stone around island in kitchen🙏. Before, I go thanks for mentioning the price of a privacy fence🤯 . Eye opening as I had no ideal. Beautiful, spacious backyard anyway.
My take on the house is the original garage was converted to the laundry room and the unfinished storage room next to it. You can tell the garage is an addition by the painted wood siding outside instead of the brick on the rest of the house, and the wall inside the garage attached to the house is painted brick. This was the outside wall before the garage was added. A lot of people have a second refrigerator or freezer for extra storage, usually in the garage but they were able to put it in the laundry room. I have a feeling the laundry room was originally upstairs and they used that space to enlarge the primary bathroom. Most houses built in the 60's did not have the space for a separate tub and shower as bathrooms were relatively small back then.
You are paying Dunwoody prices because of the location. You are in a area with over 100,000 jobs, a number of them with fortune 500 companies. Employees want to be closer to work as Atlanta traffic can be brutal. There is also a major mall along with three subway stations near the area.
The design of this house is wrong. The spaces are used incorrectly. The laundry room..I don't get it. I see the upgrades and most of it is nice.ijust don't understand the design of the house. Looks like most of the room downstairs should have been bedrooms.

I like the commentary I hate watching house tours and it’s just music it makes me tired
The refrigerator in the mudroom, I don't get it. I would've put a deep freezer in that spot.
Me too. I wonder if they ran a water line to it for the ice/water dispenser on the door.
Great video! Nice house, and thank you for the tour! ❤
That bathroom is raw as hell❤❤❤
The stone fireplace is beautiful, too.

Don't change your presentations. Keep talking, that is what makes your videos interesting.
Please ignore your detractors. Your voice and presence is genuine.
Looking more and more like they went to progressive light and builder warehouse and got a lot of clearance stuff.
Definitely paying for the area. House is nice, but the spaces are odd
