Hello friends! Today I present to you an incredibly delicious and easy to make recipe. Cheese potato croquettes are an ideal solution for a snack or to accompany your favorite dishes. - 4 tablespoons of corn starch

- Salt and pepper
- Fry oil
For the sauce:
- Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- Parsley
- Shallot
