Ingredients
- 900 g (2 lb) potatoes
- 2 courgettes
- 1 egg for the dough + 2 eggs for the breading
- 80 g (3 oz) of parmesan
- Korn flakes
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg
- Olive oil
For the sauce:
- Yogurt
- Parsley
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt, pepper, paprika

Watching from Tennessee...I understood the principle so i susbstituted cucumber for the zucchini and cheerios for the cornflakes. I also added red onions and guacamole spice to the potatoes mixture. Looking forward to supper!! New subscriber here!!

When my Mam used corn flakes to crumble something ,years ago when we were kids she would crumble the flakes ! Zucchini I’d replace don’t think it has any taste or porpoise!
