Part 1 - Teletype M28 Reperf and Transmitter Control Panel.

This is part 1 of a project to create a control panel for the 28ASR. The panel will control 2 transmitters and also an external reperforator. The reperf switch will select either the main loop for traffic or an internal, "mark-hold" loop to keep the reperf from chattering (running open). Enjoy
