I see a lot of skaters at my rink tuck their leg in (ankle to ankle) while gliding on the back outside edge, holding that position for quite a while before stepping into the jump. Is that just a question of style? Or is there benefit to it? It looks fancy, but I find that position really hard to hold, which is a bad start 😂 Merry Christmas!
