    Just finished my first week on JG 2.0 and i can absolutely attest to the part where you talk about performing hamstring curls and such exercises prior to compound lifts. It has made my compound lifts so freakin smooth it is unbelievable. Im havin a great time so far on this program. Absolutely 100% recommend. Ive been lifting 10+ years if that matters to anybody. My current 5x5 bench 245, squat 315, deadlift 365 and im getting way better at running on this program cause im not doing absurd amounts of volume like i was prior to

    Also ran 25+ miles a week for whatever absurd reason so i now have so much energy but still feel so strong and fast its insane. Again 100% recommend

    Can you list the books in the background. I'm always interested in what books people read. I tried to zoom in wouldn't focus
