Hello, I would like to purchase Nash X-Series 13ft, 3.5lbs. How powerful are they ?Are these rods better than Shimano tx2 at casing and overall power ? I cast around 180m with tx2 paired with Daiwa's emblem scw 45 qd. Is it a fast rod or parabolic action ? Are they on the stiff side or soft ?
Hello everybody, i want to test the rods as my new long range setup. Want to get about 100-110m with 12ft rods and about 100g weight. You think 12ft and 3,25lbs are made for this, or should i be more saver with 12ft and 3,5lbs? Sometimes PVA-Bags are used too. I ask this because with my old Pursiut 12ft and 3,25lbs rods, I had problems with 99g weight to get over 100 m. Thank for your help and greets from Bavaria ;)
I am facing the exact same scenario. Wanna reliably cast up to 110 m with leads weighting 3.5 or 4 oz. With my current 3.25 lbs-setup, I cannot reproduce those shots, that is why I am aiming for 3.5 lbs-rods to really be on the save side. I am currently comparing different rods from Nash, Daiwa and Greys and am willed to pay up to 300 bux a stick. For sure, there are great sticks in that range :).
I've purchased 3 of the 10ft 3.5lb models and was just wondering what the max casting weight is.
Hi there , what would be the maximum lead weight that you recommend to use on these rods , cheers 👍

Tip recovery doesn’t look to hot
Use a bushwhacker.😂 or a bait 🚤. Rods an reels a thing of the past for fishing.
😂😂
So the casting expert didn’t get 200 😂 say no more
46.5 wraps, 13ft Rod. 46.5 x 13ft converts to over 200 yards.
How you know the distance sticks are set 13ft apart? Most are 12ft apart
@@JCampbell91x well usually you wrap up using the rod you are casting with.
Should be hitting 50 wraps !!!
Alrite show off!! 😜
