Im in iowa city and after my tiral runs with lavender plants, what comes back reliably for me are any english lavender. Munstead, Hidcote, Rosea(pink cultivar). I wanted something like grosso, but with a 30 percent survival rate for me. So phenomenal is like 60 percent survival rate.
3:27 great video so far. What do you charge for a bunch that size? I’m a complete beginner and have some lavender from several plants that I want to trial in my shed shop.
I have planted Phenomenal Lavender. Any difference in oil or smell compared to Munsted? I missed my lavender harvest, due to having to bury my Father. I had wanted to make lavender wands. Could you make a video on the process for that? When would be the best harvest time for making wands? I’m a visual learner and I appreciate your knowledge and sharing. Thank you.
P.S. How long do you hang it for? I've just gathered a few bundles in on a dry morning, after weeks of almost solid, torrential rain, and they'll be put to dry in my conservatory.
i bet the smell of your barn is so relaxing 😊❤️
