Cinnamon Apple Pudding

Cinnamon Apple Pudding
Serves 12-15
Ingredients
6 sliced bread,
10-15 cashews
3-4 tbsp sugar
400g (big) red apples
30g butter
1 tsp cinnamon powder
2 cups (250ml) of milk
1/2 cup sugar (as rq)
3 tbsp custard powder dissolved in 1/4 cup milk
condensed milk
Procedure
Take 1 sliced bread, fry on both sides. Turn it into crumbs (crush coarsely) and set aside.
Take 10-15 cashews, roast and set aside.
Add 3-4 tbsp sugar. Caramelize it on medium high flame.
Add 400g (big) red apples, skinned and chopped. Add 30g butter. Mix well.
Cover and cook on medium flame until half done. Keep mixing in between.
Add 1 tsp cinnamon powder. Mix, cover and cook until done. (Don't make it dry, keep it a little saucy.)
Remove and keep aside.
Add 2 cups (250ml) of milk, 1/2 cup sugar (as rq). Let it boil.
Take 3 tbsp custard powder dissolved in 1/4 cup milk. Mix.
Add it slowly to the milk and lower the flame. Mix it continuously and let it boil until you get a creamy texture.
In a dish, add the custard mixture (when it is medium hot), and 3 big slices of bread. (Total used: 6 slices) (Remove the sides and make a layer as shown.)
Add 1/3 of the cinnamon apple prepared earlier and 1 tbsp condensed milk.
Add the custard once again and repeat the process as shown.
Garnish with the bread crumbs mage at the beginning, cashews, condensed milk, etc.
