I made a chubby crab sandwich that tastes good and looks good.
I can make it the day before and refrigerate it, so it's good for a busy breakfast.
It's also great for packing for lunch.
It looks pretty and tastes just like the ones sold at specialty stores, so be sure to try making it.
*** Measurements are scales (g), rice spoons (Tbsp), teaspoons (tsp) (not measuring spoons)
[For 2 sandwiches]
✤ Ingredients
- 4 Sandwich bread
- 1 Tomato
- 6 Romaine
- 6~8 Lettuce
- Pickled cucumber
- 2 Cheddar cheese
✤ Egg Sauce
- 3 Boiled eggs
- 15g (1Tbsp) Mayonnaise
- 5g (0.5tsp) Sugar
- Black pepper
✤ Crab Sauce
- 175g Crab meat
- 2Tbsp Chopped onion
- 23g (1.5Tbsp) mayonnaise
- 3g (1tsp) Sugar or honey
- 4g (0.5tsp) Lemon juice
- Black pepper
✤ All-purpose sauce
- 30g (2Tbsp) Mayonnaise
- 15g (1Tbsp)Mustard
- 15g (1Tbsp) Honey
- 3g (1tsp) Lemon juice
- Black pepper
✤ Tips
- The taste varies greatly depending on the quality of the crab meat. I recommend the high crab meat content.
- A lot of crab meat and eggs are used, so you need to add less vegetables to make it look pretty.
- The video explains in detail how to pack it plump and pretty, so please refer to it.
- If you want to add a bit of spiciness, you can add chili sauce to the crab sauce.
