I made a really delicious sandwich using chicken breast.
It's great for a simple meal at home, or as a lunch menu for office workers.
You can make it at night, keep it in the refrigerator, and take it with you to work.
*** The measuring tools are scale (g), rice spoon (tbsp), teaspoon (teasp).
[For 2 sandwiches]
✤ Ingredients
-Chicken sauce (see below)
-All-round sauce (see below)
-1 tomato
-Cucumber pickle
- lettuce
-Sliced Cheddar Cheese 2
-Sandwich bread
✤ When the chicken is boiled
-140g, 1 Chicken breast
-45g onion (1/4 pieces)
-45g green onion
-1 tbsp chopped garlic, or 3 whole garlic
-2 tbsp cooking wine
-0.5 tbsp whole pepper
-0.5 tbsp salt
-300ml water
✤ Chicken sauce
-Boiled chicken breast
-25g cranberries
-15g walnuts
-60g mayonnaise
-50g plain yogurt (sweetened)
-17g chopped onions
-2 pinches of salt
-0.5 teasp pepper
✤ Sauce applied to bread (all-purpose sauce)
-40g mayonnaise
-Honey mustard 15g
-Honey 13g (syrup, sugar available) non-fragrant honey recommended
-1 teasp lemon juice (can be omitted)
-0.5 teasp pepper
-1 teasp of parsley (can be omitted)
✤ TIP
-Chop the onion finely without spicy, and do not increase the amount arbitrarily.
-Do not add bay leaf when boiling chicken breast. The scent doesn't go well with the sandwich.
-Avoid nuts such as almonds with strong scents.
-For honey, be sure to use non-fragrant honey.

영상 보고 해먹어봤는데 넘 맛있어요..ㅠㅠ 닭가슴살의 고소함과 크랜베리의 새콤달콤함 그리고 간간히 씹히는 견과류 조합이 최고입니다! 마요네즈가 많이 들어가서 살짝 느끼할 수 있는걸 피클과 토마토가 기막히게 잡아주네요. 샌드위치 만능소스도 넘 맛있어서 앞으로 종종 다른 샌드위치에도 발라먹으려구요^^ 쵝오!
This is 1000% better than Starbucks (I used to worked at Starbucks, during that time they still sell it in Starbucks Malaysia) My way of saying: you pay for “fancy coffee shop price, but it still doesn’t lose as appetizing as this one here.”
RM 7.8 as compared to normal sandwich is RM 3, or just make it yourself, a slice of bread is just RM 0.20)
Yours literally look like the quality that we can get at Japanese convi store like FamilyMart, or coffee shop. (Well we all know that Japanese strives in the best appearance for product, from the packaging to the food presentation 1:1 to the picture as advertised)

Cranberries are my favorite sandwich condiment when eating turkey Sandwiches the day after Thanksgiving.
It’s delicious. I have a chicken salad recipe that is similar to this one that uses dill, dried cranberries and chopped pecans and chopped green apple. Sounds strange buts is sooo good.
