I definitely look forward to the scent Sunday’s since I am just recently really getting into perfumes. Love this series and I’m finding I also love more warm scents as well. Thanks for all of the wonderful recommendations. Now just to keep myself from binge shopping perfumes!
I just splurged and repurchased my two fav cozy fall scents, the Replica by the fireplace and the Atelier Cologne vanille insensee. The Vanille is definitely a more everyday vanilla scent, not too sweet, kinda smoky. I LOVE the burnt marshmallow sweetness of the Fireplace during the fall/winter. Would definitely recommend both❤️
OMG!!!!! I bought the cloud perfume for my 13 years old. Everyday she leaves for school & I can’t hug her enough. She smells so darn good. It’s mixes with her so well. I tried to wear it. I like smelling it on her. Doesn’t give me a head ache. She smells so clean & Beautiful!!!! I got her a few others from A.G., but Cloud will always make me think of my beautiful daughter 😍
I looove Philosophy's Warm Cashmere! I very recently got into perfumes and picked up that one and it's so good. I ended up getting the matching body wash and body lotion, I smell like cookies and I'm all for it. It makes me feel so warm and cozy, I absolutely adore it!
yesss loving all the perfume content lately!! i’m just getting into fragrance and discovering what i like and sampling a bunch before committing to a full bottle so i really appreciate all the recommendations. the philosophy one sounds amazing!
I live in texas and earlier this year during the freeze when we had no power I used the philosophy fresh cream lotion and the scent is so comforting and it really helped me get through that terrible week. It was my small moment of luxury every day
The Zadig & Voltaire is my absolute favorite parfum at the moment. I got a sample in a makeup order and fell in love. I have a few perfumes but I reach for it most days. So happy to see someone else loving it
Have you smelled the Atelier Vanille Insensee? I really love that one. It's kind of uni-sex smokey vanilla with a hint of lime. It was kind of weird to me at first, but once it settles, it's SO good. I feel like a mysterious woman harboring secrets. LOL! I get tons of compliments on it, too.
Since you love fig you should try Diptyque philosykos! It’s an ode to the entire fig tree, I think it might be better for spring or summer, but it’s gorgeous. As a fellow makeup lover who is just now getting into fragrance, I’m loving the fragrance content!
I’ve been really loving Gucci Flora lately-it’s such a light, perfect floral, when most white florals set off my allergies! But I just got a couple of samples of Killian perfumes so I’m looking forward to trying those out!
Oohh thank you for this…I love the Philosophy scents! The warm cashmere is lovely and it mixes fabulously! I love the “love” collection too…Falling in love Unconditional Love are faves…& my husband and I both wear the Pure Grace! I’m obsessed with Cloud from Arianna Grande too but that’s the only “newer” scent I’ve tried! I’m excited to try more and LOvING these perfume videos…you describe them beautifully!🙏🏽🖤✨🥰🥰😌😌
Your comment about the philosophy's falling in love and amazing grace is funny to me my now ex-husband liked them on me but right after we split I haven't been able to like them on me I like them on other people but not on me to many bad memories I guess..
Ok first I’m loving all the content that you’ve been putting out recently. I always gravitate to your videos first. And I’ve been mixing vanilla sky and autumn cashmere the last week or so and it’s the perfect blend of sweet and spicy without it being super gourmand like say viktor and rolf bonbon
I'm usually all about the spring summer scents, fresh citrus fruity. The entire Guerlain aqua allegoria range basically. But right now I'm venturing out of my comfort zone and I've come to like more unisex gourmands. I highly recommend Acca Kappa Vaniglia Fior di Mandorlo. I find it a very interesting vanilla scent!
Zadig&Voltaire is such a great fragrance house, I love how their fragrances are lactonic which is so unique, I also love their signature sandalwood. Speaking of matcha scents - have you tried Replicas matcha meditation?? it's AMAZING, very creamy and just so beautiful, I am obsessed
I typically buy one mini or sample size perfume that I wear until it’s gone. The most recent being Donna born in Roma by Valentino. I like doing so, because when I smell one of the scents I have worn, it brings back memories of that time. I am almost out of my current perfume, so I’m looking to purchase another! I’m considering buying the nest fragrance sample set from Sephora and making my way through those because I have been intensely into florals recently.
I know you kept talking about the Replica By the Fireplace and I didn't know if i wouldn't like it, but I went to sephora and tested it, and I wore it around for a few hours and I just couldn't stop smelling it! I felt like I smelled so good, the burnt, musky smell with that undercurrent of vanilla is just so great! Safe to say, I ended up buying a travel size to last me the rest of fall to rest in my purse.
I love seeing you in the fragrance realm, I watch Demi and many others and I would LOVE to see you go towards a fragrancey channel even on a half fragrance, half cosmetics basis. You're just a natural doing this ❤
My favorites recently are By the Fireplace by Replica and Radiant Nectar by Clean Reserve. They both have woody notes and something else to them, to make them interesting.
Jasmine is my favorite flower and I wear Mugler's Alien almost year round. It's polarizing bc the it has a heavy, almost indolic jasmine note that many find really off putting. In spring and summer I wear Nest Wisteria Blue, a softer fresh jasmine with wisteria and aquatic notes or Aerin's Ikat Jasmine, another lighter, more green jasmine. I don't like fruity, gourmand or citrus notes and I also don't like sweet notes like vanilla or candy, all of which are popular now. I love a warm floral but not gardenia and I like the warmth to come from ambergris or woods, not bergamot or oranges. Yes, picky but I know what I like!
I think your picks are really interesting. I never tried a vanilla perfume, but definitely adding that on my wish list.😊 For me, I really love fruity notes. I am eyeing on the Dior blooming perfume. Hope you have a relaxing Sunday!💛💛
I have the Dior Blooming Bouquet and while it's a lovely scent, it has no lasting power on me; it's gone in less than 2 hours. Unfortunately, it's only available as an eau de toilette so it's meant to be lighter and softer than an eau de parfum but that also means it doesn't last as long.
If you haven't yet, I think you should check out Vanilla Grapefruit by Lavanila, and the Coconut and Vanilla by Maile Organics. Both of them are more early fall than deep fall vibes for me but carry some of the characteristics you've mentioned liking in your fragrances. I've also just recently Red Panda by Sanctuary from my Scentbird sub and I am quickly falling hard for that one...it's become my nighttime bed cozy up fragrance to send me into sweet dreams.
I can’t wait for the Baccarat dupes video! I found some indie fragrance company(not dossier) that made a dupe for it but now I can’t remember what it is!! Maybe that could be added in?
Have you tried the Pink Sugar perfume by Aqualina? Other people say it has a very vanilla, cotton candy, burnt sugar sort of smell. I have it and I think it has a very sweet scent, and seems to linger forever! And it's very inexpensive! You can find it as Ross, TJMaxx or Walmart for like 15 or 20 dollars.
I have been consistently using Skylar Vanilla Sky. It's also great for layering with just about any perfume too, so I don't get bored with it. I wear it to bed too. Partner approved- he always compliments me when I wear it.
I love Calvin Klein perfumes! When I was a teen they where all the hype ( yes, I am kinda old lol) and I recently rediscovered them. It’s very nostalgic for me but also, I love the fresh scents 💕
@@kara8911 🤣🤣 I had the real deal but only because I asked for it as either a Christmas or birthday gift. I remember my entire high school smelled like a combo of CKOne and Drakkar Noir; I loved them both back then but not anymore.
I love the new perfume videos youve been doing; i am interested in finding a perfume and the selection is very overwhelming so your videos provide a good starting point for me
Commodity Gold is my go-to for fall/winter! Vanilla, sandalwood, and amber. I think they've expanded the line so "expressive" is the original formula. It's not the longest lasting but it's affordable enough that I don't mind the re-application, and it just feels luxe
Have you looked into indie perfumes? Arcana Perfumes has an entire line of fantastic vanillas under their Arcana Craves sub-brand. Vanilla Craves Terror is one of the most interesting vanilla scents I’ve come across, it’s got a hint of church incense that does something wonderful. Mr. Hex also has some wonderful vanillas, and Bath & Bodyworks dupes too, if you’re looking for that sort of cake-like artificial vanilla.
Lauren have you tried the Baccarat Rouge 540 dupe by Dossier?? I haven't smelled the OG but I do own the Dossier one and the reviews all say its almost spot on. It is such an interesting scent and I'd be really interested in seeing what other brands have done (not just in an "inspired by" dupe way, but also ones that are compared to it!) Also I'd love to see a Dossier video from you as well! I've been very happy with all the ones I've tried and I'm kind of obsessed. I think you've spoken about/mentioned them before in a video? Forgive me if I'm wrong :) I've recently developed quite an interest in fragrances and you're definitely one of, if not my #1, favorite person to hear speak about them. I love your stories you come up with about different fragrances and the abstract way of looking at them, mixing different senses to describe them, etc. Love ya and can't wait for another perfume video
I would be like let me smell the whole collection!! Love these videos from you,I have been into perfumes a lot this year and I been watching all ur perfume videos!
Maison Margiela By the Fireplace is my splurge for really cold fall and winter days when I want to feel cozy and bitable. Your description of your list is exactly what I’ve been in the mood for. I like layering fig scents over the La Roche Posay Lipikar Balm Instense which I feel has a fig leaves and stem vibe. Bed time: Caudalie The Des Vignes. And Nubian Heritage Goat Milk And Chai lotion and body scrub (I get them at Sprouts) has been my fall I want a luxurious bath, fluffy robe and to smell like a treat scent for the past few years.
I’ve probably never gotten as many compliments about the perfume I’m wearing as when I’ve worn This is Her - it’s a perfect scent for anything 🤍 I will definitely be repurchasing it
Warm Scents I think you’d like: Killian Princess, Bo by Liis (definitely get their discovery set - all three are stunning), and Sweet Ash from Snif 👌👌👌 We definitely have matching favs! 🖤
I've always stuck with the basics but recently went out of my comfort zone with the brand "Confessions of a Rebel". They have several scents, mostly unisex. I love the packaging and the names! You can pick up a sample kit off their site for a very reasonable price and see for yourself which ones you love! Thanks for sharing your favs! I definitely want to add more to my fairly small collection.
I am loving the kilian perfumes, I have loved love don’t be shy and I just got angels share during vib sale and I’m obsessed 😍 now I want to try more of their scents
i started getting super into fragrance, but lately i have completely stopped investigating because i found angel’s share mixed with alt’s cherry smash (tom ford lost cherry dupe). i’m surprised i haven’t heard you talk about angel’s share yet!
Back in the early/mid 90s, the Body Shop had a body spray that smelled exactly like fresh cut grass and although it's long since discontinued, I've never been able to find anything similar. I can't even remember what it was called
My favorite vanilla scent has got to be Guerlain's Shalimar: smoky vanilla, incense, leather, musky, and powdery. It's so beautifully exotic, classy, and iconic.
Lately I’ve been wearing Ellis BEE mixed with Capri Blue Volcano....honey, vanilla, juicy grapefruit & tangerine. Also, I’ve been mixing Replica By The Fireplace & Ellis Sci-Fi. I’ve been wearing Commodity Wool but it’s a bit too clean & fresh, so I’ve been adding Skyler Vanilla Sky as a topper. There are sooooo many fragrances that I want to buy but I need to save some money first. I wear either Vanilla Sky or BEE to bed. ✨. Love to you, Lauren.
Derek Lam 2am Kiss , and Blackout have been my fall go to’s lately. Woody sexy spicy love them! And I bought the Majestic Woods off your recommendation. Thank you I love it!
I don’t have the budget for fragrance right now but Ipsy has actually had 4 or 5 Skylar perfumes (roller balls) in their sales for good discounts recently. So I picked up the Autumn Cashmere for 3$ last month and have been enjoying it a lot. I was impressed with the wear time.
It's probably really weird but I would want that Blue Hill fragrance to use as a room/pillow spray and not to wear as a perfume. Living in Canada it is really difficult to find scent subscriptions that deliver here. I was able to join the Skylar scent club and also picked up the discovery set. They should be here in about a week. I'm really excited to try them out and thank you for mentioning it.
I think you would love Vanilla Woods from The 7 Virtues and Eau Duelle from Diptyque. Also Oud Bouquet by Lancôme is the most burnt sugar sort of fragrance I’ve ever tried. It’s very smoky though.
I 100% do the same thing and wear perfume to bed or to cuddle on the couch :P I have really been loving Vanilla Woods from 7 virtues. It's a gourmand vanilla scent, with notes of caramel and rose (I don't smell the rose all that much personally) and it's just lovely! I want to smell the Vanilla Santal, because it sounds like something I'd like!
I would love to know your opinion on Pink Sugar? I usually like sweet fragrancesbut that one... NO. I was also excited to try Tiffany & Co.,. but it reminds me of something distasteful that I cannot place. Hoping your sniffer can figure it out. One I discovered I LOVE is James. Not sugary, but delightful and cozy.
Britney’s Fantasy is everything when it comes to celeb fragrances. It used to be better (warmer, more cupcake-gourmand) before they reformulated it, but it’s still amazing and unique. There are so many celebrity perfumes that smell exactly the same but Fantasy stands out.
I love Fresh Cream Warm Cashmere, but I don’t feel like it lasts on my skin as well as the Skylar Vanilla Sky (which I just purchased at the Sephora sale). When I used to wear it to the gym pre-Covid, people used to tell me I smelled like cookies. 🤣 I also stocked up on Replica By the Fireplace and Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille. Another fave is Boyfriend by Kate Walsh which I used to wear a lot when it first came out a few years ago. It’s not super sweet or gourmand, but it screams ‘fall’ to me. Sounds like I need to try Mancera. P.S.: I also love the Ouai x Byredo Mojave Ghost leave in conditioner and I feel like I was able to try it without spending mega bucks…so thanks for the recommendation!
We have the same nose! I love all of your picks 💕 definitely all my vibe... give me all the creamy burnt sugar scents. I really want to try by the fireplace and baccarat but can’t seem to pull the trigger. 😆
ok these are weird recommendations because mall perfume can be cheap… but i got some edp and edt from old navy (one men’s and one more girly one) and they’re nice and subtle ! one i think would be up your alley for summer- fig & sea salt :)
I definitely look forward to the scent Sunday’s since I am just recently really getting into perfumes. Love this series and I’m finding I also love more warm scents as well. Thanks for all of the wonderful recommendations. Now just to keep myself from binge shopping perfumes!

I got her a few others from A.G., but Cloud will always make me think of my beautiful daughter 😍
I’d love to hear if you think Zara’s Red Temptation is a good B54 dupe! I’ve heard it’s one of the best in similarities
I looove Philosophy's Warm Cashmere! I very recently got into perfumes and picked up that one and it's so good. I ended up getting the matching body wash and body lotion, I smell like cookies and I'm all for it. It makes me feel so warm and cozy, I absolutely adore it!

I live in texas and earlier this year during the freeze when we had no power I used the philosophy fresh cream lotion and the scent is so comforting and it really helped me get through that terrible week. It was my small moment of luxury every day
Been loving lately whispers in the library from replica , like a woodsy book smell but make it sultry.
I love your hair so much! The cut is perfect and the light pink and your natural blonde is SO pretty!!!
I love perfumes and scents. However our preferences could not be more different! Yet I love your videos and I love how you describe scents.
Your fragrance videos are my favorites!
💙💙💙
The Zadig & Voltaire is my absolute favorite parfum at the moment. I got a sample in a makeup order and fell in love. I have a few perfumes but I reach for it most days. So happy to see someone else loving it
Fresh cream and warm cashmere is my favorite fall scent for everyday
You are so good at describing the scents!
I love these videos! I have also only pretty recently gotten into scents. My favorite cozy fall-kinda scent right now is Replica's Jazz Club 🍂
Your eyeshadow is the prettiest eyeshadow I've ever seen in my life!!!
Oohh thank you for this…I love the Philosophy scents! The warm cashmere is lovely and it mixes fabulously! I love the “love” collection too…Falling in love Unconditional Love are faves…& my husband and I both wear the Pure Grace! Pink sugar has a burnt sugar and vanilla notes♥️
And Shawn Mednes signature 2 - perfect lactonic&burnt sugar scent
I'm usually all about the spring summer scents, fresh citrus fruity. The entire Guerlain aqua allegoria range basically. But right now I'm venturing out of my comfort zone and I've come to like more unisex gourmands. I highly recommend Acca Kappa Vaniglia Fior di Mandorlo. I find it a very interesting vanilla scent!
The indie brand Kyse has so many delicious gourmand fragrances! I also love Gilded Fox by Pinrose, Prada Candy, and Sweet Vanilla by Montale.
The cream topped with the warm cashmere is delightful
Zadig&Voltaire is such a great fragrance house, I love how their fragrances are lactonic which is so unique, I also love their signature sandalwood. Speaking of matcha scents - have you tried Replicas matcha meditation?? it's AMAZING, very creamy and just so beautiful, I am obsessed

I love Sunday’s on your channel, they’re so relaxing 😌
Aaah zadig & Voltaire!! I love THIS IS LOVE! and JUST ROCK! They’re too good omfg
I love seeing you in the fragrance realm, I watch Demi and many others and I would LOVE to see you go towards a fragrancey channel even on a half fragrance, half cosmetics basis. You're just a natural doing this ❤
I just splurged on the jo malone orange bitters fragrance because I know in my soul it will be perfect. I also REALLY want the Ariana grande cloud one
My favorites recently are By the Fireplace by Replica and Radiant Nectar by Clean Reserve. They both have woody notes and something else to them, to make them interesting.
If you like vanilla you should get kilian love don’t be shy, it’s amazing!
Jasmine is my favorite flower and I wear Mugler's Alien almost year round. It's polarizing bc the it has a heavy, almost indolic jasmine note that many find really off putting. I’m completely in love with baccarat rouge right now. ❤️❤️❤️ I used your code for an olfactif subscription. Thank you, Lauren.
I'm haven't delved into indie scents, but my favorite kinda Fall scent is Coffee Break by Replica. Not something I usually lean towards but I love it.
Absolutely love Le Labo’s Matcha 🍵💕
I love the addition of perfumes into your content.
Lauren, we need your full perfume collection video!!!
Have you tried the Pink Sugar perfume by Aqualina? Other people say it has a very vanilla, cotton candy, burnt sugar sort of smell. I love Calvin Klein perfumes! When I was a teen they where all the hype ( yes, I am kinda old lol) and I recently rediscovered them. It’s very nostalgic for me but also, I love the fresh scents 💕
I'm 41 and grew up with the original CKOne hype lol! I caught a whiff of it on someone recently and was immediately transported back to high school
Almost 41 and I totally remember begging my mom to let me buy the CK knock off! Haha!
@@kara8911 🤣🤣 I had the real deal but only because I asked for it as either a Christmas or birthday gift. I remember my entire high school smelled like a combo of CKOne and Drakkar Noir; I loved them both back then but not anymore.
@@Cara-39 yes! Haha!
Lauren, QVC has the Philosophy Fresh Cream Warm Cashmere 4 ounce fragrance and 32 ounce shower gel for $54.
I bought baccarat scent unsniffed because of you and I freaking love it
Have you looked into indie perfumes? Arcana Perfumes has an entire line of fantastic vanillas under their Arcana Craves sub-brand. Vanilla Craves Terror is one of the most interesting vanilla scents I’ve come across, it’s got a hint of church incense that does something wonderful. Mr. Hex also has some wonderful vanillas, and Bath & Bodyworks dupes too, if you’re looking for that sort of cake-like artificial vanilla.
arcana craves looks so good but i can't find anything reviewing the wear and projection. how was it in your experience?
Lauren have you tried the Baccarat Rouge 540 dupe by Dossier?? I haven't smelled the OG but I do own the Dossier one and the reviews all say its almost spot on. It is such an interesting scent and I'd be really interested in seeing what other brands have done (not just in an "inspired by" dupe way, but also ones that are compared to it!)

Love this series. Bought both Sephora Collections and got the Tim Ford and the Vanilla Sky on your recommendation. Love both ! So, thanks
I’ve probably never gotten as many compliments about the perfume I’m wearing as when I’ve worn This is Her - it’s a perfect scent for anything 🤍 I will definitely be repurchasing it
Warm Scents I think you’d like: Killian Princess, Bo by Liis (definitely get their discovery set - all three are stunning), and Sweet Ash from Snif 👌👌👌
We definitely have matching favs! 🖤
I was going to suggest Princess as well!
All of my perfumes are indie but I looove the way you describe fragrance.
something really pleasing about your whole aesthetic today... maybe it's the sweater?🤔
We def have some of the same favorites. Sooo I need to follow you scent sister ☺️😊. Catching up on videos now!
You made me buy the Lorac palette. It hasn’t even arrived and now I’m considering the rose quarts 😂😂 I think it’s the shade descriptions! Love ya girl
did you pick up The Matcha from the Le Labo site? I love that it has your name on it!
Commodity Velvet is my favourite cosy scent. Body Shop Altaro was a great one, but that was years back. Never found anything quite like that though 💜
Back in the early/mid 90s, the Body Shop had a body spray that smelled exactly like fresh cut grass and although it's long since discontinued, I've never been able to find anything similar. I can't even remember what it was called
Love these picks! I need to smell The Matcha ASAP!
I feel like we like a lot of similar scents so you def need to try The Matcha!! I think you will really like it! 😊
Try brown sugar by fresh…it’s sugar but you also can identify that it’s not just plain sugar but actually brown sugar. Delicious.
I’m glad you like Cloud! But Moonlight is so ME. I’m addicted. I almost need a new bottle lol I love how you said it’s like a bubble… 😂
Hi Lauren! If you have any time, would you ever possibly show us your favorite cruelty free fragrances? 💗💗💗💗💗💗💗
Love your sweater! And amazing eye look!
Thanks for the review. My go-to is Shalimar. I LOVE it! But I'd like to step out of my comfort zone a little bit, so your review was very helpful.
My favorite vanilla scent has got to be Guerlain's Shalimar: smoky vanilla, incense, leather, musky, and powdery. It's so beautifully exotic, classy, and iconic.
7 virtues - vanilla woods. I recently discovered this at Sephora and I’m in love I feel like you might like it!
I just discovered Jo Malone Peony and Blush Suede. It’s AMAZING!!! 💕
✨. Love to you, Lauren.
i love the good girl shoe perfume with the clear toe. and flower bomb is my signature scent.
Derek Lam 2am Kiss , and Blackout have been my fall go to’s lately. Woody sexy spicy love them! And I bought the Majestic Woods off your recommendation. Thank you I love it!
I am not a perfume person, I own one, but I LOVE amateur scent Sunday’s
I don’t have the budget for fragrance right now but Ipsy has actually had 4 or 5 Skylar perfumes (roller balls) in their sales for good discounts recently. So I picked up the Autumn Cashmere for 3$ last month and have been enjoying it a lot. I was impressed with the wear time.
My favorite is a sandalwood vanilla in oil with no alcohol. I mix myself at Body Time in Berkeley or San Francisco
Definitely gonna pick up that philosophy one and try it!😍 also, how does the Jessica Simpson one wear?
Sooo good! 👌🏼👌🏼They have sales on QVC often!🥰🥰
@@nataliejenkins1260 omg yasss. I don't get on QVC ever, so you're gonna have to let me know when they have a sale!
@@AleshaNicole stalk their website
Love Baccarat Rouge I don’t notice any jasmine which is great because my sinuses don’t like jasmine.
Yasss scent Sundays 🥰
FYI there is a difference in notes between edp and edt. Edt is not just a watered down version of the edp.
Right now I am loving Escada summer festival. It makes me happy 😊
Have you tried Juicy Couture Glistening Amber? So nice and cozy! Commodity Velvet is one of my favorites too!
I love your sweater!
You have to try Tihota from Indult! It's the king of vanilla fragrances
At the moment I'm enjoying Diptyque Philosykos as we are moving into summer
We have the same nose! I love all of your picks 💕 definitely all my vibe... give me all the creamy burnt sugar scents. I really want to try by the fireplace and baccarat but can’t seem to pull the trigger. 😆
ok these are weird recommendations because mall perfume can be cheap… but i got some edp and edt from old navy (one men’s and one more girly one) and they’re nice and subtle ! one i think would be up your alley for summer- fig & sea salt :)
I was so excited to click on this video and even more since I just bought Philosophy Fresh Cream Warm Cashmere without first smelling it first!
