@RedHair651 I've had to work with 2 clients with rehabbing torn Achilles from pickleball lol..that's the most common I've seen, but also some various knee injuries as well
my grandma plays pickle ball religiously and has torn her rotator cuff twice, and has friends who've broken their ribs and wrists from the game as well

As someone who's played all 3 relatively rigorously, pickleball is very much fun but rudimentary in the skill ceiling. The skill ceiling is much higher in table tennis and tennis

Meatcanyon does a podcast called Stretch and Fade with his friend Noel (from TMG) where they have several episodes discussing Hunter's (Meatcanyon/Papameat) mom's obsession with Pickle ball and her pickle ball podcast. I HIGHLY recommend tuning into the podcast as it gives a whole other level of detail into the life of Papa Meat. Amazing video as always!

Something I find quite interesting about this is that when the victim/sacrifice begins transforming into a flesh pickleball, he doesn’t seem to be in pain, and is only screaming out of horror at what’s happening to him. That fascinates me so much more than if he simply started howling in agony as his flesh twisted.
