Wow, gorgeous! The house I just saw was 8million with 4 bedrooms and a lot of “foo-foo”. This house is just as nice (maybe a tad bit nicer) and a million cheaper PLUS, it’s got more bedrooms. Ummm, “nuff said.”

I understand why builders are building these multimillion dollar homes, I just don't understand why anyone is buying them. The houses are beautiful, but they are ALL on postage stamp sized lots making the outdoor spaces (especially with the indoor/outdoor concept of modern homes) totally useless. They put 100 inch tv's outside, and if you turn them on, they neighbors will call the cops for the noise, I sure would. add to that the barking dogs, yelling kids, parties, everything making the extra million you payed for the outdoor space a total waste of money. If you can't get at least an acre of land, I truly fail to see the point of it. Other than the builders know that idiots keep buying them. Don't understand how so many people were smart enough to make this money, and dumb enough to spend it like this.

@@davidkeith6907 You can reach out your window and touch the neighbors house. They cram the homes so close together you have no privacy whatsoever, your back yard usage is at the mercy of the neighbors. You need at least a full acre of land per home, MINIMUM. Unless your entire life is going to be spent indoors.
Only Donald Trump could afford this house.also if ,we die we can not bring the house with us. Make sure to show a house worth $10000.00 only. Amen.
