Wonder when that house was built because for 1 million dollars it’s haunted you can feel an eerie presence entering the closet walk in area through to the bathroom probably why it’s for sale . The house I’m living in rite now had some old person that passed away and even though I don’t tell my guests anything at night time till morning they’ll tell me they got sleep paralysis than saw a old person in their dream / nightmare around the master bedroom and even describes the spirit identical to each other even though they have never met each other before .

Again, no closets in those small rooms either. Must have been designed by a straight man who does not dress up. 3rd floor ALSO HAS NO CLOSET ??? What kind of architect designs a house without a the MOST IMPORTANT FEATURES; FOOD PANTRY, DUAL MASTER BEDROOM CLOSETS and bedroom closets ??? Too much wasted space and NO PLACE to FOLD LAUNDRY EXCEPT the floor. 🙄 Just plain stupid. I designed better homes when I was 7 years old and sold them to Elvis, Marlo Thomas, Howard Koch and many more. I am still designing Floorplans.

I really wanted this model but the fact that it does not have a closet in the master bedroom it was a deal breaker for sure.

I live on a 1/3 Acre. A 3 Car garage attached, 10' ceilings, 4 bedroom, 2 bath. , Double RV parking on each side of the lot. . A 30x40' Shop with a car lift. in the rear yard with RV parking 55'x25 on each side of the lot. And my place is 2005 Construction. My place is $575k near the M.Resort. I'm confused. Who priced this old 1980's ranch house ??
